Poor management and not at all suggestable Builder to invest in any project of Dev Sai Purchased the flat in Sportshome of Dev Sai group and facing so much problem in every regards, poor maintenance and poor quality material and they are taking money of agreement to sublease in advance and not telling when they will do the lease deed and will utilize your money for years. No one is there in the management to hear your voice and they will not allow you to move in your flat until you will not pay all the money in advance like sub lease etc. whether it is happening or not. This is not the fake comment or any suspicious activity, I will ask google to mail to verify if they want from my side as I am the owner of the one of the flat in dev sai group.
