Pls do more of these. I have been looking for cricket exercises and also diet everywhere but I cant find any. You could do a fast bowler specific one or batter specific. But this video is still really useful and I will be trying it out.

get a straighter run up and try going through the crease quick
Sir how can we run faster with leg pads
You have to work on your agility and 20m sprints💪 Also make sure that your pads fit you well and aren't too big for you.

How often should we do these in a week?
I would reccomend doing it 3-4 times a week as it is a great warmup and it’ll keep your body in full shape for the days you don’t do the workout
