You can't play Sims 4 on Chromebook . You have to get windows or Mac OS device to play Sims 4. Chrome OS is very similar to android tablet it has google play store and u can get most of the apps / games the android tablet has .
it really depends on what the chromebook wants to do, like mine can play dead cells perfectly fine, but it freaks out if i try to play stardew valley. If you want to play roblox on it, it should be fine with most games

Yes the one in video does . There is few different version of this same Chromebook and some don’t have touchscreen
