Appreciate the Metal Rain reco. Popped into Marshall's for that periodic fragrance browse. Saw it, remembered this video and grabbed it. Did not disappoint. General crowd pleaser, dumb reach DNA, sweet and fresh. Cheers!
I completely agree with you on First Instinct Blue and Defy edp. Here are a few of my "hidden gems." 1. Kenzo Homme Eau de Parfum 2. Dirty English Juicy Couture 3. Extreme Blue Michael Kors 4. Poker Face Ted Lapidus
Thanks for another great video. I've been hunting for BR Metal Rain for a while now but no luck. Will continue to hunt. My 2 current hidden gems are AB Blue Seduction and Pure King by Karen Low. Blue Seduction is just a beautiful scent, smooth and calming (same effect as Starwalker). Pure King surprises me, opening is pleasant and it gets better and better as the time pass, and then the dry down is the best. I strongly suggest people to get their hands on them if they come across them at the rack stores.
Great video, souls of put all my comments in one section lol,yes metal rain,I wear all the time when it's warm, great frangrance,I saw today tobacco and tonka bean I think I have name in order on scent,I've seen artic slate once in awhile also,I'll have to check out those 2 soon.i wanted to ask you if you have tried Hugo man extreme? If so? What's your thoughts on it? I've heard it's good scent, good performance for Hugo frangrance.,thanks.
@@FragranceFraternity I understand,I think this is in a regular style cologne bottle? I may get and let you know style of etc, because box didn't look.loke it would support a canteen flask,I'll have to look into that more,I've just heard it's good, performance better than the rest of canteen style scents
I confirmed on the Hugo extreme it's normal style cologne bottle. I may get and try let you know more on? If you don't get it and try for yourself? Thanks for replying back.
I do like First Instinct Blue, but I think Voyage is just that bit better. One you reminded me of with heavy black liquorice is Azarro Pour Homme. It was huge back in the day, but it's still around and it's fanfreakintastic.
Wow okay thank you for mentioning I’ve seen that one but I have passed on it a few times now. May snag it next time if it’s still there. It seems to be in that Qurom / Drakkar Noir style which is just a little too old school for my personal taste.
It's definitely not like Drakkar Noir. Might be like old school Drakkar, although I've never smelled the original. Think of Obsession for men with anise replacing the cinnamon.
Great video and picks. So the hidden gem but almost impossible to find is Ermengildo Zegna Z Zegna Milan…such an incredible fragrance (I have been scouring everywhere to buy a second bottle). One that you can at least find that’s a hidden gem, Lolita Lempicka Green Lover. And the best is, both would generally be under $50 for 100ml.
Perry Ellis Aqua Extreme is 99.9% same as Abercrombie and Fitch First Instinct Blue for less $. I grabbed a huge bottle for very cheap and the quality is great. If you see it grab it!
... defy EDP is horrible on my skin. It's one of the few CK fragrances I cannot wear. CK free is smells amazing, I wish they would fix the longevity and bring it back. CK be over CK one for that clean laundry smell on a ridiculously hot day. ... love Boucheron pour homme, EDP. Great old school barbershop. ... Chanel pour monsieur, EDP. ... Chanel allure homme EDT, the original and the best for all I care. ... Armani eau de cedre, what la nuit de l'homme should have been. And I like ultime & bleu electrique ... Burberry touch [my Prada l'homme] and Burberry men [a greener, aromatic montblanc legend. not as punchy and better drydown], mr. Burberry indigo [i like the Italian spices in the opening.] ... Versace versense, one I borrow from the ladies. looking to pick up intense vetiver.
@@FragranceFraternity not yet, I've seen it around at the rack stores but never bothered. I have enough of the category of fragrance. The notes look as something I might really like. Sometimes the soap/body/cosmetics shops have great fragrances. I really like eau de baux from l'occitance en provence. it's spicy, woodsy vanilla that doesn't get sickly sweet. Do you have l'occitance stores in the States, or is it just a Canadian/French thing?
Great work my friend. SOTD Hugo Reversed until it wore off then Hugo Iced.

1. Kenzo Homme Eau de Parfum

I’ll have to keep an eye out for those thank you for sharing.
@Fragrance Fraternity you're welcome, thanks for the great frag vids!
Love hearing about the hidden gems . I’m on a fixed income and it’s things like that , that fit the budget .
Happy to help.

I have not tried that one unfortunately. I'm not a fan of the canteen line from Hugo besides reversed.
