Most of the time, sweeteners are sweetened with Xylitol, which is not super great for you. It is better to just stick with the regular sugar then a sugar free alternative, unless you are diabetic, etc.

One year post-microblading and I’m so glad I did it!!

Where did you get your eyebrows micro bladed?! I got mine done 4 times at brow muse on newbury and they completely fade after a couple months

I love the pumpkin cream cold brew from Starbucks, but I don’t like the vanilla syrup, it’s way too sweet 😎🎃 plus, I probably won’t even be having one until October, it’s way too early 😂🎃

Team Lucy on the salmon- you'd be amazed how disgusting farmed raised salmon is. People who work for these salmon farms say they would never eat this stuff. Wild caught is the way to go!

So I am a food scientist....and the sugar free vanilla consists of flavor and stevia or sucralose, etc...nothing worse than anything else in the drink!
