I think its important to realize that when referring to "location" you aren't just talking about pre-existing locations. Art Direction and Production Design are a huge part of making a music video look good, can't just rely on hoping the location looks dope without that

For tip 4: say the song is 2 mins n your getting a handheld shot do you just record the whole song without stopping n just get different shots? Or do you stop in between once you got a certain angle you were trying to get.

For video its fairly simple, whatever you're recording FPS is, just double the shutter speed. It's much different once you get into the photography portion.
Any suggestion on how to shoot a music video in slow motion but the singer lipsync? Do they have to sing the song 2x fast? Good example is Halsey song “sorry” I believe it is that was also shot in one take? You guys mentioned shoot fast frame rate or 48 for slow, how do you sync the lips afterwards? Thanks guys!!

Just play the song at twice the speed and then slow it down and you end up with what you described.
