Was feeling some stress tightness on my neck. I feel very relaxed now & theres no pressure on my shoulders, neck, or back.

Thanks but there is no need to correct my writing. Replacing "I" with "Eye" is a personal spiritual choice which allows for me to reject the ego consciousness because "I" cannot do anything without the power of the Divine. It is also a reminder that my FIRST eye is open (not third eye as most people refer to it as) and aware of what eye am which is light.

This is only my second time trying to activate my Kundalini. I have a feeling it is working. My sexual desires and feelings have been almost completely dormant (inactive non existent) for about 2 years because I am not dating anyone and my twin flame is in a relationship I shut down sexually however this feels healing. I feel sensations in my body not in a oh I'm so horny way it just felt pleasant and I actually felt a physical feeling normally I feel nothing unless I touch my stomach with my hand which is quite a dull touch anyway. I listened to another Kundalini activation video.... once... might try it again it was peaceful and put me to sleep but I didnt feel much physically. It said I may experience ticks and tingles and I did so I guess that means it was working 🤷♀️
