I’ve been seeing several of my imaginary friends talk about AG-1. I suggest if you’re thinking about it; ask your doctor. Mine said all the ingredients were fine, but one wasn’t… so buyer beware! I’m old and take several specific drugs including an anticoagulant.
@@justlookin3 Sort of like how citrus fruit and juice can affect the way your medicines work, and that food and drug interaction can be a concern. I can't have citrus with my allergy medication. Thanks @gonewiththewynns for including us in this video, it was so great to finally meet you in person and have a sporty little adventure in Cannes. Over the years you have inspired us and so many other people, through your channel. You have also made this sport a little more girl/couple-friendly so deep appreciation for that too. Good luck with your handover and shakedown in the coming weeks and months ahead. We hope to share a sunset with you at some point again. Fair winds! - Holly & Stephane
Such a blast to finally hang out in person. Your passion and excitement for your new boat is palpable. Thanks for sharing with us and yes, very much looking forward to sharing an anchorage together one day.
It was AWESOME to run into you! What an incredible surprise and great to talk to you about boats. Thank you for highlighting our journey and I hope it helps someone on their own journey. Maybe we can anchor together in the Pacific one day! Fair winds
I am so happy they interviewed you both!! I just subscribed!!! I barely see fellow POC people on YT sailing!!! I'm so excited to watch your adventures!❤
It was soo much fun to run into you both again and hear about your multihull boat hunting journey. You are doing it right by showing up and getting out on those charters and test sails. We are itching to see where the next year takes you. (Also, thank you for the Medical Monday episodes, we really appreciate them!)
What an excellent posting kids! Nikki, you are a natural behind a microphone! Loved that we got to see so many of our favorite “boat people”! So excited for your new boat delivery!
This was really a great idea for you to interview other sailing couples. New Reporter on the scene. Sort of a new thing for a sailing channel. I'm guessing you two are always trying to come up with new ideas to give episodes a fresh vibe, tho we never get tired of the GWTW episodes.. Great idea, loved this. 👍
Thanks for this glimpse of the Catamaran crowd's perspective from Cannes. The wonderful O'Kellys, entertaining Zataraians, and the lovely Sailing Awens.
We have been to FLBS twice. Both times were so much fun!!! We met fantastic people. We got on boats we never dreamed we would tour. No one was rude or condescending. Boaters are happy people. A good salesperson will work hard to understand your needs and wants. Boat shows are a memory that lasts a lifetime. I highly recommend you go to the big ones.
Thanks for sharing your experience at the Cannes boat show! Here in Dubai they have great shows as well...Maybe we'll see you here at the next one? Maybe with new boat in tow!! Another super episode BTW! 🛶🛥🚢 👍😎👍
That was a pleasure to watch, to meet the nice guys from "for sun and stars" , to see the Kelly`s , your funny AG1advertising.... and everything else so thank you and have a wonderful time in Cannes (little bit jealous)
Not a sailor. Haven’t been to a boat show. But, vicariously, I enjoy both through this channel. Looks like you all had a great time! You both be safe. See you next week.
A great way to start sailing is to join a local sailing club and take classes there. Also, chartering club boats is much cheaper than owning, like a tiny fraction of the total cost. Usually club members get a significant discount on classes and chartering. There are sailing clubs in many places, including far inland like Colorado and Oklahoma. It's a huge amount of fun. Highly recommended.
Love the Wynns! That was a genius idea for a video from the boat show. Loved hearing everyone's take on being there. See y'all next Sunday, the Lord willing.
Yep, I agree with the shopping. I'm not in the market for a new RV but I'm going to the Tampa RV show in January to meet some youtube friends in person and see what gadgets/gear are available for the rig I have. Keep the good stuff coming guys and I can't wait until you take delivery of your new boat.
As a long time follower and a graphic designer, I've always loved your channel-the content, obviously-but also the graphic design: your logo, type fonts, color palate, etc. I wondered what, if anything, would change with the arrival of the new boat. So for whatever it's worth, I love the new logo! It represents a perfect migration from the previous chapter to the new one. Nicely done. Look forward to see what the future holds for your guys as this new adventure unfolds! All the best from one of your stink-pot followers. 👍😎
There are more reveals on the way, so keep your eyes peeled! Curious Minion (a fellow stink-potter who may have passed you on the Chesapeake at some point....)
FYI: Annapolis Sailboat Show was the first-ever in-water sailboat show in 1970. It used to be called the US Sailboat Show. It was only sailboats & then they added a US Powerboat Show the week before. Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show is now the largest in the world but it is a combined show, sail & power.
Well, that was refreshing! Not a ton of info, compared to many of your videos, but it was a lot of fun. It's kinda strange to watch you guys run into people that WE don't know and chat with them. We FEEL like we know them and it's always fun to see how all of you TH-camrs interact like you all grew up together. Looking forward to seeing the HH44 in the water!
I’m an old subscriber from back when you guys had an rv, I have no aspirations for sailing but I understand these shows are important just as the rv shows are also. It’s all about the new ideas or technology that’s available.
I do like watching videos of boat shows videos. It interesting to hear and watch you interacting with booths and people. It is almost like I am quietly tagging along.
The little ahh after you take a sip from the AG1 had me rolling. Love these videos. Shame you didn’t see Odd Life Crafting. Those two are a blast as well :) can’t wait for you to be on the new boat.
Of course we all love big beautiful multihulls. But for those of us in the world of shrinking numbers of marinas and anchorages, it doesn’t go unnoticed that none of the sailing channels ever talk about the inability to find adequate mooring for big boats. The O’Kelly’s had some mention of it but it remains the elephant in the closet! Please tell us that there is a tremendous growth of new marinas with low cost multihull slips being developed all over the world so I can get behind the ridiculous expense of a new boat.
Ha! I had the same thought with the 360 camera-my new car has one and we've been looking at infrared and 360 cameras for the Reboot to help us navigate and dock.
I think in Europe Cannes is mostly thought of as a Superyacht show, so tends to attract mostly higher net worth individuals. Boot in Germany at the start of the year is where you’ll see a lot more people,
Great video, and I personally love that you included other sailors - it says a lot about the sense of community and mutual respect. Can’t wait to see you on your new HH !!
Great episode. I was surprised how relaxed Nick and Megan looked. It was great to see them enjoying Niki's interview. Each couple interviewed was a treat.
Interesting responses from those being interviewed. So many different reasons to go to the show. I’m not looking to buy but really would like to go to Monaco, just because of its location. Thinking of going next year and possibly linking it with the London to Monaco charity ride that they have every year.
Great video and there is a definite difference between Cannes and the other shows I have been to in Europe which include Southampton, London Excel, Dusseldorf and Genoa. At all the others listed there are by far more people and more gear. Dusseldorf, for example, has several huge exhibitions halls where you definitely do find bargains plus a lot more tech and businesses than Cannes. Dusseldorf is the biggest show in Europe, I think or biggest inland show it is huge. Ultimately Cannes is very serene and rather more sophisticated in many ways than some shows which I really enjoyed as a wonderful chic experience but I also like the raw vibrancy of the other shows too. Heck I just love boat shows! 😃 Next La Grande Motte 24 because it is pure multihull! And one day Annapolis!

Went to Annapolis. It was raining and 60deg. Most of the boats looked like IKEA made them yet were somehow pretty expensive. They didn't look like they would do well in heavy seas. Too much freeboard, huge transoms and not a handhold in sight below deck. Lines weren't generally led back which was odd. Picked up a few good ideas, looked at the latest gear trends and left.
I went to a boat show in Sydney a while back. Knew nothing about boats but thought it would be nice for the family to go boating. Hopped on the first boat & the salesman told me the price & I'm sure the look on my face told him everything he needed to know. I did eventually get a boat but I tow it around behind my car.
