It’s a clear vinyl plastic we use at my work to template aircraft sheet metal repairs. Any clear thin plexiglass or clear styrene can work. I cut it in a circle, spun it on a drill chuck to apply the paint and cut it into wedges.

You put in so much work but the white paint part in the back is not right
