Well I have to say, I tried your cold shower tip. I screamed for two minutes straight like I was being tortured and then after that my body got used to it. When the alarm went off after 5 minutes I set it for another five. The best part: IT WORKED! It took my itching away completely. I have had no relief for at least a year of full body itching with no rashes toe seemingly cause, so I was ready to try anything. For those reading this, another thing you can do for those who itch at night, which I also tried is to put a bedsheet in the freezer and then wrap yourself in it. The cold acts like an ice pack on your whole body.

@@sonyclonesph4543 i know this sounds disgusting but I was deathly sick for ten days and couldn’t take a shower. My itching actually improved! Try it. It could be water on the skin that is causing your itching. Then you can go back to it and it might be okay.

I have tried all of these for years. I have been itching severely at night for over 25 years. It starts when I get into bed, and it doesn't matter where I am clean bedding it doesn't matter. I itch so bad it keeps me up all night and most nights I'm in tears because it's so bad. From head to toe nonstop. I take benadryl and even Rx from many doctors. I drink water and keep my skin moisturized. No doctor can tell me why or how to stop it.

You have given such excellent advice on driving that I pray you will read your comments here and take them to heart. Itching is a very serious problem. Okay never had any sort of skin problem until midlife and then bam out if the blue, intense itching that doctors couldn’t figure out. I see a lot of other people are experiencing the same thing and I hope you’ll discover a solution and do another video. Also, your solutions don’t address the scalp!

Benedryl does not work! Save some money and don't bother because it doesn't have the active ingredients. Chronic itching is called pruitus and there is no cure. This guy, who could speak a little less aggressively and still get his point across, actually provides some good advice. The only thing that works for me is ice packs. I put them over a T=shirt and wrap tightly (you can use a scarf or wide elastic band). I leave the packs on till my skin is numb, about 20 to 30 minutes. The heat of your skin will melt the packs so you don't have to worry about frostbite! This hasn't stopped my itching but it has alleviated it completely for stretches of time and that is a relief.

Mayfield its insufferable, thanks so much though for your concern, I'm praying so hard, eating healthy, trying red light therapy with infrared light, biotin plus , tea tree and rosemary oil, cold water showers , no dairy, wheat, sugar... Caprylic acid , fermented rice water with aloe with drops of antiseptic, selenium sulfide, zinc iron with vitamin c , and still doing constant research, I still get unbearable itching with the little hair I have left above my ears falling out with the sand like bulb attached usually with two hairs attached , I fall into dark depression and dream/fantasize about having it reverse so I can at least wear a hair system again and have a life but I might end up living in a psych ward if I'm lucky or learn how to live in the woods cause I can't function in the real world under this constant stress and tournament I feel like being a mute and dead inside , but I used to have an Amazing life 20 years ago and this nightmare is devastating I still have the same problems everyone else deals with Plus this disease and my teeth hurt and my anxiety prevents me from going to the dentist , again thanks for asking, I'm still trying for any relief , I guess I need some miracle but it isn't coming until life's over here I guess , would've liked to fall in love but ohh well I guess, but fare well brother
