Sir, Yesterday i asked you about a question , The crbonyl resonence in 13C NMR of [(n5-C5H5) Rh (CO)]3 ( 103Rh nuclear spin , I= 1/2,100%) shows a tripplet at -65'C
a) terminal CO b) mwe-CO c) Mwe- CO d) n5-C5H5
And you replied whether it is CO3 Or CO whole 3. Its June 2012 question I had saw its
CO whole 3. I need an answer for this

My doubts are ----> I thought of 3rd option but 2nd one is correct why ?
please clarify the bridging of CO.
whether Rhodium will form only di and tetra nuclear comlexes or it can also form trinuclear complex.

SIR, since C- 3,4 are of one pi-bond and C- 1,2 are of another pi-bond, so 3,4 shd give one pick and 1,2 shd give another peak. But how are you telling that the adjacent 1,3 carbon hydrogens and adjacent 2,4 carbon hydrogens will show one peak each respectively? Plz, clear it out, sir.
