Ask any senior breeder in your area for help. Can be many reasons so it’s better a person (experienced breeder) visit your birdroom and suggest you accordingly

wsalam, Plastic egg is slightly bigger than their own egg so new hens don't put too much weight on live eggs and new born chicks
