My cockateils are 26 and 30 years old. They call me Birdie. They don't fly much anymore . I don't clip their wings so they can fly. I need new activities to keep them from getting bored

Wonderful!...I used to raise them, and the mother had 9 clutches, and some were not fertile, but that was a lot, and hope to just get one soon.

What are they eating?
Parrot owners call it “chop” it is essentially small chopped vegetables and fruit sometimes cooked grains, such as barley or rice, sprouted seeds. The smaller parrot species seem to like it like that, also gives the chance to offer a larger variety at once. You can change the ingredients to what you have on hand or what’s seasonal.
We make Birdy Chop every few days - our 'tiels were eating in the video:
Parsley, Spinach, hemp seeds, green capsicum, snow peas, a very small amount of pasta (as a treat - not ongoing), sprouted seeds

Broccoli, Carrot, Cucumber, Zucchini, Strawberries, Raspberries, Pear, Peaches, Pomegranate
Never give parrots of any species onions.
@@harleyquinn5774 100% Agreed! Furthermore, Chocolate, Avocado, Garlic, Mushrooms & any Caffeine / Alcohol can be dangerous to Parrots
