Greetings from Japan to our fellow believers in Singapore. We are one in faith, in Christ and in His holy Church, Catholic and apostolic.
As a Catholic, I am familiar with the rituals during Easter Vigil. In fact I also sing in the choir along with many talented choristers. Watching this video moved me to tears of joy seeing fellow Catholics as well as new Christians baptized in the faith celebrating the resurrection of Christ. I hope someday I can visit church of St. Anthony in Singapore.Thank you.
Same here❤!
Whenever the bell is ringing and you hear everybody starts singing the miracle comes in like you are beside God, this is why you can't control your emotion (goosebumps). Very pure emotion. The safest place is with God.
Thank you to the Presenter Sindhu for her enthusiasm n thank you to Rev Fr Ignatius Yeo, Professor of Liturgy n Parish Priest for his informative explanations. Thoroughly enjoyed this Episode.🙏👏👍👌💖
It's interesting how much she got to see in only mass. As she mentioned, some of those things only happen once a year. She definitely picked the right mass to go to.
This reporter is extremely well informed. Kudos to her! Thank you for sharing this experience and information with us :)
Your sharing of experiences within the Catholic Church from a unique perspective is admirable. The absence of preconceived judgments and the willingness to understand the faith is commendable. It was an informative video, and I gained new insights from it.
The important core of the Catholic faith are its precepts and beliefs. God loves you. Everyone of us, even those of us who feel we are unlovable. He has a plan for you as his beloved child. Ritual and symbolism are just the accumulation of 2000 years of tradition.
For us Catholics, we believe that God is the primary cause of our salvation, and our cooperation with the sanctifying and actual grace of God for us to live a holy life, is the secondary cause.
Matthew 5:48 - "48 Be perfect, therefore, as your heavenly Father is perfect."
Great way to summarize our beliefs. More power!
This video is an eye opening experience. Thank you for filming! I have learnt something new about Catholicism in Singapore.👍
Fr Ignatius is very knowledgeable and explained things beautifully.
Glory to God in the Highest! What a wonderful video. The Catholic Church is home.
This is such a wonderful presentation which I actually appreciate.
⛪thank you and bless you dear Sindhu. Congratulations for giving us so much in such a short space of time. I learnt about the symbolism of the bees'wax candle, the wick and the flame only today. Never too late to to learn and grow in knowledge and truth. 🌺🙏
Proud to be Catholic✝️
Proud Catholic❤✨️💒✝️🇻🇦
I wish i could visit this church. M proud to be a Catholic
12:26 Presenter is sensitive supranaturally, it’s right at the moment where Lord Christ himself arrives at the altar for the eucharistic moments(body and blood) in Catholic we believe it’s not a symbol but it is Christ himself is there. Again not a symbol, but He himself is there. Thanks
Christ is really the Alpha and the Omega Amen
What joy on Easter!
I'm strong Catholic,until I die.
Thank you well presented ❤
Thank you for this coverage.
Amen. Hope to visit st Anthony church
This is wonderful! You guys should also check out the Eastern Orthodox in Singapore as well!
They also have a SSPX chapel in Singapore not far from Orchard Road.
Alleluia Alleluia Alleluia
Amen
The congregation renews their Baptismal Vows, after which the priest will then sprinkle them with Holy Water.
Amen.
*By the reporter saying "I've never seen the inside of a confessional" tells me...she is not Catholic. May the lord touched her to be in the faith with him*
Yeah she's not, but I really like how she's open to experiencing the mass herself and being at least respectful (unlike other people)
@@Cheezegazelle She went because she's doing content for it on the channel;...as done for other religions they did. So before you want to comment...research. But end of the day...if she is open to the true God....she will return with her heart. End of the day God gives us free will....so it will be up to her.
Would be interested to see an episode of Protestant churches
No offense to protestant churches, but the Catholic church is the one true, apostolic and universal church.
@@whatthefitt No offense taken. Roman Catholic isn’t the same as the catholic church as per the Nicene creed, and tbh nobody ever sorted out the confusion of 3 popes that one time of the Western Schism. Nobody knows if there is really apostolic succession in that lineage.
@@brassmonkey84 Understandable. Ultimately, while the Holy See is the governing body of the RCC, Christ is still the head. I don’t see why should any Christian or Christian-to-be should be a non Catholic in other denominations. That’s the issue with Protestantism - each church can interpret the word however they like. Don’t agree with something, create a new church/denomination. So many denominations came from other denominations because of disagreements/differences. There’s even a relatively new protestant church in SG that’s founded by Gay pastors and affirms all same-sex and transgender relationships. Even the Anglican Church in UK allowing blessings for same sex couples. Just follow the church founded by Jesus, handed down to Peter and so forth and you will be fine.
@@brassmonkey84and when did the time that the Roman Catholic is no longer the church that the Nicene's Creed mention ? Give me the date on histories
When Jesus spoke again to the people, he said, “I am the light of the world. Whoever follows me will never walk in darkness, but will have the light of life.” John 8:12

in singapure only one religion, the religion name is money
I believe riligion can not saved you, only JESUS can saved you. Jesus is the way the truth and the life, whoever believe in Jesus, shall have eternal life. Jesus loves you
Man made religion cannot save you..
Catholicism....a religion founded by God Jesus Christ
