Yep.parsis wouldnt though but the religion and iranian zorastrians allow it

The world would be a better place if Muslims practiced Islam as Indonesians do and not the middle eastern way.

Zoros aren't the first monotheistic religion. Egyptian king akanaten is the first
This was a horrible video. Why did you talk over the part he explains it originated in Iran (Persia) 3,500 years ago? Then failed to properly explain how they arrived to Singapore.
To see God in one self, You must see God in all things.
Good video but he is wrong that it is the first monotheism. Zoroastrianism believes in an evil god who's uncreated.
Its not an evil god,its the personificatied deity of bad thoughts/bad deeds
What makes us different from Protestant churches are the DOGMA, the DOCTRINE & the TRADITION.
The Parsi in Singapore sounds more like Indians. Not like the Parsi of Iran slangs. May be because of hundred of years staying and marrying local Indians, they adapted to Hindi.
The Parsi in Singapore sounds more like Indians. Not like the Parsi of Iran slangs. May be because of hundred of years staying and marrying local Indians, they adapted to Hindi.
The term Parsi is only applied to the Zoroastrians of India. There are actually 2 distinct groups of Zoroastrians in India: Parsis and Iranis. The Parsis are descended from Zoroastrians the fled Persia when it was conquered by the Muslim Arabs during the 7th Century CE. Many chose to remain in their country and paid Jizya taxes to their new Muslim rulers while the rest chose to flee. Many arrived into present-day Gujarat, India where they settled where their descendants became the Parsis. Genetic tests had shown that they were descended primarily from Zoroastrian Persian men that married local Indian women. The Iranis on the other hand are descended from Zoroastrians migrants from Iran to British India during the 19th Century CE in search of better opportunities. Genetically they are Iranians and continue to speak Dari Iranian language at home or within their communities. The Parsis on the other hand no longer speak any Iranian languages and their primary language is Gujarati language.
More power to them! ❤
Its a lie from pity of hell Jesus came to set the captives free you people you must come out of that place before the coming of JESUS its very dangerous practice
This is not about respect. This is the command of Allah SWT, you shall not prostrate/pray to others except HIM alone. You can respect other religions in many ways but a Muslim shall not prostrate to other than The Almighty Allah.. it is the biggest Sin in Islam. If he is a Muslim, he should know better Quran 4:48 “Indeed, Allah does not forgive associating others with Him (in worship), but forgives anything else of whoever He wills. And whoever associates others with Allah has indeed committed a grave sin”

Alhamdulillah I'm Muslim
Afrid beh yazd im zorastrian
Our muslim brother should have explain properly. Not just pillars of the deen & faith. And why even bother to differetiate the 'batu nisan'? It is not relevant to the religion. Thanks to some comments, they have explain abt Islam much better. Islam is a religion of submitting own will to The Creator, which is to obey His rulings & follow His messengers' teachings. Its not just about peace be upon you, my brother. According to statistics, Islam has the most practicing followers. Unlike the Trinitarians & Jews(Judaism). They no longer follow their scripture as a whole. They follow their priests' & rabbis' teachings that didn't go along with their scriptures. And their scriptures are corrupted, so many contradictions. They have no original words of The Creator. Unlike the Qur'an, no contradictions. It is verbatim words of The Creator. We call Him Allah. Allah is an arabic word meaning The One and Only to be worshipped. Al-Qur'an today is exactly the same as from the time of prophet Muhammad(peace be upon him), preserved through oral tradition, memorized. And we also have carbon-dated copies of the whole qur'an from the time of the prophet(pbuh). If every religious books in this world got destroyed(incl. softcopies). We can only bring back the Qur'an in the original texts within few hours. Because there are millions of muslims in the world who memorize the book. And we have to correct the misconception... Islam didn't begin from prophet Muhammad. Remember the definition of Islam. Submit one's will to The Creator. So Adam(the first man to live), Noah, Abraham, Lot, Ishmael, David, Moses and even Jesus they were all muslims. And we haven't even talk about the hadeeths yet. Millions of muslims also memorize the hadeeths too. Hadeeths expound on the teachings of the Qur'an. (Expound: present and explain (a theory or idea) in detail) 1. A statement that prophet(pbuh) said. 2. An action he(pbuh) did. 3. Something he(pbuh) approved of. 4. Description of the prophet(pbuh) incl. manners & character Should have meet a qualified person instead of someone who just have a history with a mosque. I invite all of you to Islam. At least read the qur'an before judging. Do not listen to mainstream media. Allah says that there is no compulsion in religion. We can still make peace with one another. And Allah knows best.
Your original Scriptures got burned by your fellow followers btw.
@nelmvn Pls do your research before making claims. Ref: Sahih Bukhari 4987 Summary of hadith: Uthman ibn 'Affan along with é entire committee of prophet Muhammad's companions who had the qur'an memorized came together to create authenticated verified musahif(copy of Qur'an). Anything that is not checked by them was burnt.
@@yann_D._Archer Memorizing the Quran without evidence means it is not a perfectly preserved. That's the problem.
@@nelmvn Again. Pls do your research. Millions of muslims memorize the same qur'an. And if anybody recite incorrectly, the recitation will b corrected by those who memorize. You still want the physical preserved ones? Sure. Check Birmingham qur'an, that was carbon dated to the time of prophet Muhammad(pbuh). The surahs in it are exactly the same with é qur'an today. You may check the Sana'a manuscripts too. Any more claims? What's your religion, friend?
Without fire either in lamps or yagna, hindu prayer ritual is not complete.
True
The origin of monotheism, long before the abrahamics
many religions yet only 1 Savior. all human has fallen into sin, we rebels against God cause we break His law. and for that we deserves to getting punished for our sin. and just like in a court of law, good deeds doesn’t cancel your crimes, the judge would still has to punished you, cause that’s just. even human understand and cares about justice and so does God, highly more that human. therefore to show mercy and yet satisfied justice, God chose to bear our punishment into Himself. by Him come down to His creation, take a human body (cause He want to save human), live a perfect life deserving heaven. and then He gave us heaven by taking our hell punishment, He swapped places with us. He took 100% of our punishment, leaving 0 left for us to take. justice satisfied and mercy shown by He sacrificed His life to die to save us. and if anyone believes and rely in that alone as the reason why they are saved, they will be saved. cause Jesus would took their punishment, if they truly believes He did. and the result after trusting in Jesus, we gonna live our better and try to do good deeds, cause we are thankful to God. so we do good deeds because we already saved, Not to be saved. i’m so glad i came across to this video, but friends remember there’s only one way to be right before God. and that’s can only be happened if we don’t have any punishment left. and since we don’t know when we gonna day, i hope you put your trust in Jesus as soon as possible. cause if Jesus doesn’t take your punishment, who’s gonna pay for your punishment then? God bless 🫶🙏
I came to Singapore this summer, for the chili crab, yes, but I soon discovered kopi.
Visit the Eastern Orthodox Church in Singapore! There is one under the Ecumenical Patriarch and one in the Russian Orthodox church!
Islam means submission and in the religious contexts it means submission to the will of Almighty Allah. The first pillar of islam and most fundamental teaching of islam is : "There's no god but Allah & Muhammad is the Messenger of Allah" We deny all divinity associated to anyone except the divinity of Allah alone. Why do we face Makkah in prayer? Because it is where the Qiblah(direction of prayers) is, the Empty Building in Makkah covered with black pure silk ,the Kaabah is the Symbolic House of Allah. We face it as a sign of the Unity of all Muslims worldwide in worshipping the One True God, the Creator and Sustainer of the Universe.
As a Muslim we are told that Zarathustra may have been a prophet of Allah that wasn’t not mentioned in the Quran, because he also spoke of the unity of God.
Mazda 323 ❤️
Beautiful and peaceful religion, a gem of the middle east.
Seems much more peaceful than islam I think
Progressive revelation through different prophets, they view the key religious leaders like Jesus, etc as these prophets, from what I understand...
They frequently use the term "Manifestation" (i.e. Jesus, Muhammad, Krishna etc are Manifestations of God).
Sorry your not the first religion to believe only one God,..Adam and eve are the first to know
Adam and eve never existed
I've been to this mosque once. It was amazing.
isn't this a persian religion?
Zarathustra said the good religion is to be revealed to all humanity.
Will there be a video featuring Methodist Christianity? If I'm not mistaken, it's Singapore's largest Protestant Christian denomination.
Alhamdulillah
It's all rooted in Hinduism (Judaism-Christianity-Islam = Zoroastrianism = Hindu) and the true oldest Hinduism isn't in India but Indonesia as Indus Islands = Indo Nesos = Indonesia Just research yourself Indonesia is so old much much older than Egypt
Indra curse you for the lies you speak against devabhoomi
1. Christianity is not rooted from Hinduism 2. Hinduism doesn’t came from Indonesia, people brought it from India at 4AD
This so so wrong. It is original and nothing to do with Hinduism. It is 3500 years old and official religion of the Persian empire which had nothing to do with India, but in fact conquered parts of it later on.
@@ari357 Nothing to do with endia saar. Farsi atharvan indra denying manyu denying dasyu
Sikh was born out of islam and Hinduism.
No it wasn’t. It is own religion born from itself when our first Guru, Guru Nanak Dev Ji had a disappeared into a river, when he came out he just said “There is no Muslim, there is no Hindu”. Basically saying, there is no one religion, just several, all with one god and with the similar if not same teachings of God.
@dianebraberry317 what I meant by born out is syncretic
@ Respectfully speaking, no matter how it is worded, Sikhs is an independent religion on it’s own. To say it is born out of Islam and Hinduism is very far from the truth and can be seen as a direct insult to Sikh, no matter how you word it. Apologies just letting you know the facts.
It's a new liturgical year guys, let's try to be more open to God's grace. Pray (even short mental prayers during tasks), meditate on at least one scripture (e.g. one from daily Mass readings) & examine your conscience *every day* . Submit to God's gift of mercy & healing in the confessional as often as needed with no shame & actively participate in worshipping Him at Holy Mass, _at least_ on weekends. Try to perform one act of charity, motivated by the love of God, each day.
This was a great presentation in every way imaginable. May God, bless, guide & keep all those involved in its production, especially Sindhu.
this is the mother of islam
Theres no mother of Islam. Islam which means submission to the will of God preaches monotheism which was practiced from the start of mankind, Adam a.s.
Islam is just a Judeo-Christian heresy from the 7th century, a rather modern religion... very far from being an ancient religion practiced by the early men.
Don't quite grasp it on this one. So what's exactly are the beliefs of the Baha'i faith, apart from the unity aspect? What/who do they worship to? This presentation is just too brief, barely an intro.
Baha'i originated in Iran in the 19th century and believes in most of the prophets from major religions-Jesus, Muhammad, Moses, Buddha, Zoroaster, Confucius, Laozi, Hindu avatars, etc.
th-cam.com/video/zLSaDVG4yBE/w-d-xo.htmlfeature=shared This video made by actor Rainn Wilson from TV’s “The Office” and himself a Baha’i is a brilliant explanation of the faith.
Bahais respect all faiths. Any prayer can be said at a bahai temple. We try to create a space where all faiths can come together, but aside differences and help all humanity to live better lives.
Baha'i came from the 'Bab' movement in Iran. And the 'Bab' was an offshoot from the Shia Imamia, the Twelver Imams Shia.
