Good game man. Did you know that you can assign a number to a building? Select the building and then hold Ctrl and choose a number on the keyboard. Makes it easy to change the waypoint faster. You dont have to go find the building you can just hit a number on the keyboard and change its waypoint to where you want it.

I played this in hard diff and it seems like I have a different circumstance than you and there is a counter to everything I do and I followed literally every step and failed!!!
You riggt, it was very hard for me, and I needed several tries. But I learned every time what to do and how to play. The most important tips are: 1. Expand outside!, because if not, it's a death trap. 2. Always take care of money. 3. Try to build as many nuclear missiles as possible. 4. Learn the "choke points" of the AI, and block it, like the bridge.

Hit whit your missiles on the enemy war factory and airports. It will stop him from spamming troops!
