Was also a live show before becoming a film, performed just over 30 times in 80-81 and again in 2010 with Roger Waters (who wrote all of this except 3 songs co-written with Gilmour. There is only shitty VHS quality tape of a concert online and supposedly Roger Waters has the original film. Hopefully they release one of the shows for the 40th Anniversary this year of The Wall. We know there are three videos from a show that are of high quality that supposedly were shot to be used in the film, but rumour has it Roger Waters has loads of extra film he found.

Plus Bob Geldof refused to play in the film because he hates the music and the lyrics.
Plus before the wall was released the songs In The Flesh?, In The Flesh Part 2 and The Thin Ice We're shorten just to fit on the album.
Plus after the film was released, Roger Waters said he hated how Bob Geldof acted, and Roger Waters was going to play as pink. But Alan Parker said he didn't look right on camera.
