S4: I do feel for OP, but they have absolutely no reason to feel ashamed for what they did. That is so, sick, and so selfish of both ‘father’ and his coworker for not only throwing themselves onto each other constantly, but doing it when OP’s mother was suffering with a serious illness. OP may not be proud, but I certainly am. That cheating b- and OP’s hopefully-future ex father never deserves any happiness.
Depending on the actual ages, I would give the step mum some slack. Not much but she was obviously targeted by OP’s dad before the affair actually began. It looks like he wanted someone to control. Had OP’s mum not died, he would have eventually targeted the same girl or another much younger one and probably kept the affair going for years while promising to divorce his wife “soon”. The step mum sucks sure but she was lied to just as much as anyone else. That dad can rot and if there was any justice he’ll die alone on far more pain than OP’s mum did.
I almost feel guilty for upvoting when you already had 69, but you defnitely deserve at least 420 upvotes ;) I agree that the OP did a wonderful thing and the coworker didn't deserve to be a mother.
How come the Coworker didn’t already know about his vasectomy? Did they not talk about the idea of having kids before getting married? Did he just assume they were on the sane page about that? She was going to find out sooner or later.
@@EditorOfSL From contextual clues throughout the story (and especially near the end of it), he knew she wanted kids and he didn't, but he wanted the hot wife so he lied to her, and made her believe that the problem with the pregnancy was on her, not himself. I was employed by an HOA as a foreman gardener. One day whilst i was cutting one of our larger lawns, (lost 23 trees on it from the Gale of 1987 UK), I had paused the ride on mower when a front door opened and a dog came out on an exstendable leash, squatted on the lawn i hadn't cut yet and left an enormous doggy crap, then went back indoors and the door closed. I unseen, moved that crap onto the front doorstep and carried on cutting. A little while later the secretary of the HOA came out and stood right in that crap. I could hear the shrieks from where i was waiting behind some bushes. I never laughed so hard at work before or since.
When it happens to a selfish person with power, a prank like that is high art. It's interesting how so many HOA stories seem to turn into revenge stories.
Story 4: He really did cheat on his wife because she was dying of cancer, AND lied to his AP about the vasectomy. Yeah the AP sucks for being such an A-Hole to OP, but the father is much worse
What OP should have done was during the toast, right in front of everybody, gone "On a final note, I wish the 'happy' couple all the best and that they have many children. Oops, sorry, I guess that's a childless couple because my father, the cheating F he is, had a vasectomy after I was born that he doesnt plan on reversing."

Last story: co-worker had an affair with a dying woman's husband, played the trusting friend to this poor woman, knowing what she was doing was wrong and never gave it a second thought. She thought she had played the game correctly, got the man she wanted and life was going to be good. But the husband was even more f'ed up than she was, and just let her believe that she was the problem with not getting pregnant. They deserved each other and the husband deserved to loose his mistress turned wife after years of lying to her. Co-worker played the long game and lost miserably. KARMA...
I honestly wonder how she thought he could be trustworthy or a decent human being considering how he was treating his dying wife and child. She really thought he would be better to her even though she was just as degenerate as he was. She played herself lol.
When we looked at buying a house almost 30 years ago we looked at a house with an HOA. When reading through the rules we saw that you were not allowed more than 2 pets including dogs, cats, hamsters and FISH. A limit on fish was just crazy to us. If they were that strict, we wanted nothing to do with it.
Story 3: Guy keeps parking in fire line, keep towing him. The fire lane is a fire lane for a reason. If there's an emergency, the fire/ambulance truck needs that lane to save lives. So tow him until he gets the message.
@@lancerevell5979 If the fire department finds his car in a fire lane they will just tell parking enforcement, the car won't be damaged in any way unless it's blocking a fire hydrant they need to use.
That's because in the US you do NOT own your mailbox, even if you bought, or constructed. However anyone that destroys it have to reimburse you, or face legal action which is backed by the USPS. Always fun hearing stories where some moron has thought it would be good to go out and destroy mailboxes, only to land themselves in legal hotwater in both civil and criminal means.
Which does seem a little ott & I'm sure that it only occasionally gets enforced. Not from the US so we have different rules. Had flyers about the neighbour's missing cat, one from a community group about a new development up the road, notification about a local school gala day etc. Just people going round sticking things in your box
@@mannydavis7708 True, it is rarely enforced unless something egregious has happened. Just like the law in the US that says you have to fill out the Census form every 10 years. Technically you can get jail time and an a fine for refusing. But it almost never happens.
Story 2: Tips on dealing with HOA. 1: Keep all HOA documents for prove of harassment. 2: Have cameras for front and back of the house. 3: HOA can't fine anyone with large fines to pay, there a limit. 4: Have a lawyer on speed call.
Better still: never buy a house in an HOA. Eventually the market for houses with HOAs will decline to a point that these mini-dictatorships are destroyed.
As for #3. It’s unregulated. They can charge you whatever you want. ALWAYS read the rules with a lawyer before buying the home to find loopholes and understand what they are expecting.
HOAs, ah, yes... I once was sitting at my dining room table only to realize there was a man with a loud leaf blower ON MY FRONT PORCH. Turns out, the HOA sent in the landscaping company to clear all the fallen leaves that homeowners had ignored or not "properly" raked up. Problem #1: I had used my own leaf blower to completely clear my yard AND the public areas around it not once, but twice earlier in the fall. Problem #2: The HOA doesn't have the right to have their contractors come onto private property like that. And... Problem #3: This was the middle of a very cold February, and any leaves I might have missed at some point were HIDDEN UNDER ALMOST 3 INCHES OF SNOW. I called the management office and told the secretary what was going on. She put me on hold for 7-8 minutes but just before she got back on the line, the guy with the blower disappeared. She had very little to say about the HOA that was good, and promised me the management company would make sure that didn't happen again. It's been over a decade, so she was true to her word... And in the meantime, one of my neighbors actually got himself onto the HOA board because, to use his own words, "At least now there will be one functioning brain among all of them."
Fellow cripple here….I have two pet peeves about parking. 1) those who just want to park there which suxxx and not in a good way. 2) those that park in the lines for wheelchairs, especially those with a handicapped tag. IT IS NOT A PARKING SPOT!!!!!!
We live in a hoa neighborhood, but they really don't care about anything. In a good way. It's $ 20 annually. They keep up with the roads and everything, but they don't really care about useless things. Our truck was broken down and with this economy, we couldn't afford to fix it. So it sat in our drive way for almost 3 years until I finally was able to convince my husband to sell it. They never said anything. Our lawn mower broke down and we couldn't get the part in right away. Our yard was looking like a jungle. Again, they never said anything. They don't care what you do. They just use the 20 bucks for street repairs and whatever hoa's normally use it on. It's the most chill hoa I have ever heard of.
Where I live, HOAs aren't a thing, as far as I know. So, I have lots of questions. Foremost: HOAs being, essentially, groups of private citizens, why is road maintenance a responsibility of a group of private citizens? Shouldn't that be a responsibility of the municipal/state government? I'm Canadian. Here, road maintenance is a government responsibility, either municipal or provincial.
@wfcoaker1398 maybe someone could go into more detail than I can. Unfortunately we do pay state taxes for maintenance of roads and it seriously takes forever for the state to fix even a pothole and if you damage your vehicle with said pothole, you're responsible for the repairs on your own car. Kind of unfortunate.
Story #1: Prance around and find out is what comes to mind when hearing this story, I am disabled and in a Wheelchair, I need full access to my van with no obstructions. We don't get revenge by blocking others in, but I am willing to call the Non-emergency number to get whoever blocked us in, towed.
Story 2: The RV in the driveway wasn't the eyesore the entitled HOA board member claimed it was, but the $1500 a day fines certainly had him salivating if OP proved to be the type to give in to harassment.
Story 4: OP is not only NTA, but she is a hero. She "moved in the shadows", as our Potato Queen would say. OP suffered for years with loss and abuse, but held her tongue until the moment when it would have the most impact. I'm proud of you, OP.
Why would you stop doing that to a crappy person? I would have him towed everytime I would also make sure that there would be a snarky note left from “ Anonymous concerned citizen” with a post script note saying “we are always watching” like Roz from Monsters Inc. “I’ll be watching, ALWAYS WATCHING”.
Story 2: I wonder if the HOA was charging OP because they were trying to make up the funds they drained and thought Op would be a easy target Story 4: OP had nothing to be ashamed of. Both Dad and AP suck especially the dad who is such a pathetic worm.
Story 4: OP shouldn’t feel bad about it. Yes it’s sad she couldn’t have kids but she’s a terrible person and her father should have said something. Dad was just as bad as the “co worker”
Final Story - OP shouldn’t feel guilty about anything. Her father was the one who decided to have an affair with a coworker while his wife was dying of cancer the he ‘failed to mention’ that he had a vasectomy when he knew she wanted kids, and the coworker was having an affair with a married man. Both the father and coworker are despicable people.
I know someone in a very similar situation as the last story. I cannot begin to describe how despicable it is to force your way into the place of a dying person. It's disgusting. OP did nothing wrong.
As a person that technically is disabled and could have a placard but doesn't. People that park in handicap spots w/out a permit. Better be glad I'm REAL good at telling the voices in my head NO. Because if I listen to them they may be walking home. My voices are real Aholes. And as I get older they are getting louder.
I am disabled and with a placard. I've used it maybe 3-4 times because on days when I need it, I'm staying home. And on days when I feel good enough to be going somewhere, other people need the spots more, and I love feeling good enough to be walking for a bit! And when I'm driving my dad around, we just use his.
Story 4: I am sorry for the loss of your mother, OP, and I am very proud of the way you handled the situation afterward. I was actually expecting a different twist: she gets preggers, then your dad announces the surgical procedure that he had!
Op shouldn't feel bad, a person who has an affair a married father whose wife is dying of cancer would make a shitty parent. OP saved an unconcieved child from a horrible life.
Story 1 - LOL I love that ‘$90,000 Ahole Tax’ comment DarkFluff cause that’s exactly what that jerk got. He messed with the wrong family and lost big time. I’m glad that he left.
Regarding story 4, I think it's safe to assume the mother knew about the affair from the start and perhaps even had some kind of agreement with the mistress. It's a common thing among people who are terminally ill or undergoing serious treatment. No, the real villain of the story is the father.
Many years ago, we rented a house almost directly across the street from an Elementary school. My daughter, having a profound developmental disorder, was picked up by a school bus each workday when school was in session, by one with a wheelchair lift to easily load her onboard. Most days, thankfully most days, the bus didn't arrive at the same time as when the idiot parents were arriving at the school to pick up or drop off their offspring. Still, it did happen at least once per week. My goodness, the honking and the swearing that would ensue! I found out, eventually, there actually was a city ordinance regarding foul mouth language usage within school zones during those "active" times of day. (Don't ask me if this law violates Freedom of Speech, as I never learned that part of it!) When I called our local police on their non-emergency line to inquire about this law, they asked me not only exactly where I lived but also how bad the language got. For the next 2 years, not every day but at least 2 to 3 times per week a patrol car would follow her bus down the street happily writing citations right and left! What I quickly found out was that the school had been complaining for years about reckless driving by these parents, who didn't seem to care about the safety of the other kids as they'd peel out of there. The bus - for them - made them slow down and/or stop, often long enough so they'd get handed a wad of citations. Neither the cops or the school was happy when we moved away, as it apparently didn't take long for those idiots to start driving recklessly again.
A restriction of using foul language during times when large numbers of kids are around, would be considered a "reasonable limitation" on free speech, so would be legal (in my non-lawyer private opinion).
@@wolphin732 That's what I thought too! The thing is. I have no idea as to how well it held up in court as I was never obligated to testify in any of them.
@@wolphin732 I did ask about this point, and was told it was because they were getting "away" too fast without the bus there. This was roughly 25 years ago now, but it still seemed so strange to me at the time as to why - if they got the plate - that wasn't enough. This days it should be enough, but maybe it wasn't back then.
Story 3: I wouldn't have stopped until he had to sell his house and move out. Story 4: I would have put the cherry on top by saying "And while I'm revealing things, you might like to know that before [OP's mother] died, she knew you were having an affair with [coworker]" before hanging up and blocking his number.
That last story: you know the sad part is that her father didn’t care about the mistress at all and only thought about himself. He thought with his little brain when her mother got sick but he didn’t use his noggin to let the co-worker mistress know at the start of the relationship that he had a vasectomy and that he wasn’t reversing it. That whole debacle was all on the dad as well as the step-mother for not asking questions sooner and being up front about wanting kids.
On that first story: In a neighborhood where people are actually "neighbors," it can become like an agrarian village from antiquity. And it's part of humanity that we (as a village) fiercely protect the most vulnerable among us. So, IMO, that Karen was extremely lucky he only got his tires slashed! It could have been worse for him...
My problem with Story 4: is that the worst person, the father, essentially got exactly what he wanted for years "consequence" free sex with a much younger woman. While the affair partner's entire life was basically crushed.
Fr the person that had their life ruined was the person who never made the commitment to stay faithful with their partner to begin with (coworker). I mean it's definitely fucked up to do to someone, but the person who made a commitment had virtually no consequences (the father), and there wasn't really anything positive that could come from it outside of OP feeling like they somehow restored their mom's honor and got back at the person who "broke their family apart" in the most unrecoverable way. The coworker did not make the decision to break an oath. The father did that, and it kinda pisses me off when getting back at "the other woman" or "the other man" is what people care most about. Just excusing the one who actually had an obligation to stay faithful in the first place because it's easier than holding a loved one accountable I guess
Some folks need to live with intense anxiety for a day. To really understand what that intense paranoia is, that tightness in your chest. So maybe they'll understand what they do to people when they wield their power over others, when they try to crush folks under their boot. It'd help a lot of these crazy HOA karens.
The second story brings us back to the history of the birth of HOAs. After WWII lots of veterans bought homes with thier GI bill benifits. Suburbs were springing up all over the place. So white people decided to get together and form neighborhood covenants that vowed to never sell thier homes to black families. Those covenants eventually evolved into HOAs because they wanted to create restricted swimming pools, playgrounds, etc. since public facilities were becoming intergrated. With a beginning like that, it's no wonder that HOAs are as bad as they are.
I'm glad that they're largely illegal on this side of the world. Everything that a HOA might regulate is the province of local government instead. There's something similar to an HOA for what the USA calls apartments ("flats"), but their powers are strictly limited. That doesn't stop some boards from attempting to overstep their authority, but they generally get slapped down by government regulators fairly quickly once their overstep is reported.
We've always been friends with our neighbours, from the elderly (early 70s) German couple we spent heaps of time with in our very early 20s, to the older Italian couple - him & I would waste a lot of time gasbagging over the fence! Then we had a guy in his early 30s who was a bit mentally slow but an absolute honey & was really friendly & always helpful & quite protective of his neighbourhood friends! Now , in our mid & late 40s we live next door to these cranky old buggers - my parents LOL and we have the best vege garden & glasshouse in our town coz my dad's retired! Only downside is him & my husband are like peas & carrots & a lot of beer gets drunk on Saturday rugby nights - if hubs is missing I know he's been "kidnapped" by the neighbours !!
if I had been OP from the lässt post, I'd have just waited for the wedding, then mentioned the vasectomy in my toast and watch the whole reception blow up!
I'm part of a good HOA. There are only four owners involved in the same building. But I feel as lucky as I can be to have trustworthy, honest, considerate HOA partners. It can get very bad indeed. If it's done right, you benefit and help each other. If it's done wrong, cue the lawyers.
Nah, like guns, the hoa is not the problem, but the people. And a group of KARENS are actually just called AMERICANS. They are the people who thinks everyone in their country should only speak "American" and when they are on other countries, all locals must speak "American". They built a nation from entitled crap crime of evading taxes and moral responsibilities from being defended and protected. Then, they invade wherever they want and take whatever they want, then manipulates everyone that they are "justice" when in truth are are simply crime lovers...
Story 4: Okay - "the audacity of that woman". She behaved despicably. But it was OP's father who decided to handle his emotions while his wife was dying by indulging in his lust and also deceiving the woman with whom he was cheating on his dying wife as well as his daughter. He could have waited a short but decent interval after his wife's death and then introduced his girlfriend.
Story 4: OP has the gift of karmic timing. If she'd released the information any earlier, only one of them would have been fully punished for their affair. Coworker also had the option to do a fertility check up at any time for both of them, at which time the vasectomy would have been brought up. Honestly just perfect and the only thing that would have made it better is if Coworker had gotten pregnant and tried passing it off as the dad's.
Final story: OP shouldn’t feel ashamed. On the other hand I do feel a little sorry for the step mum but that’s all on the father. That affair didn’t come out of nowhere and he’d obviously been targeting her before OP’s mum got diagnosed. While the ages weren’t clear, with the step mum being a only few years older than OP, it’s clear the dad intentionally targeted someone young and possibly quite impressionable. Here’s hoping the dad does alone and while this may sound cruel, succumbs to something worse than the mum.
You are not alone. We'll get through it together. We got through it last time, and we can do it again. It will feel like 20 years, but it's only 4. Be strong.
Parking Story: Entitled Twit is VERY fortunate he didn't pull that stunt in my Southern Ontario City... Parking Enforcement would have been there within 20 minutes, not an hour after the call and moments after they showed up, so would a City Tow Truck to impound the offending car...

HOAs are designed to protect developers and have too much power. They should be legally required to be disbanded after the last house in the project is sold. At that point, the developer has made their profits and the purpose is served.
I am so happy and glad that HOA's don't exist in Australia. The closet thing we have are Body Corporates or Strata's (depending on the state you live) and they're regulated by a company, not the people who own the property and they're for townhouses, units or apartments - not free standing houses
Last story: My life was destroyed by the woman I loved more than life itself cheating on me with multiple partners, so my tolerance for cheaters is significantly lower than zero. Yes, it would have been merciful to inform the coworker of dad's vasectomy years earlier so she could possible have kids, but a woman who knowingly worked to wreck a marriage while the wife was on her deathbed deserves much worse than what OP did. Add in that she treated OP like garbage, and she should have had to suffer way worse. She's lucky OP's vindictiveness was as gentle as it was.
I was actually disappointed by the last story. I wanted OP to laugh at the crying AP's face and let her know that she (?) maliciously kept the secret on purpose for all those years. I wanted the last call with her (?) dad to be more satisfying as well. I wish she had let him know what she really thought of him for what he did to the mom, and that she broke up their marriage on purpose.
RV in the Driveway... "...plain envelope stuffed in my mailbox..." Don't touch the envelope. Call the Post Master and lodge a complaint for illegal use of a post box. An inspector will come out and remove the envelope, determine its origin and the federal government will prosecute from there.
Last story: I'm not sure if it's really possible, but it would have been nice if OP could have twisted the knife even more. Admittedly, I hold betrayers in unusually low regards. They're not quite as low as woodchipper food, but they're not a hell of a lot better in my eyes.
The comment after the first story could have been me. I was an HOA president for 4 years because no one wanted to do it. Never again. Horrible experience.
Disabled parking story: Yes, the neighbor was definitely being a jerk. He had no reason to park in the disabled pick-up spot, he was looking to cause issues by being a bully. It backfired and cost him to the tune of at least $90,700 plus a tire. Oops! HOA vs RV story: This is why my one ironclad rule to my realtor when looking for a home was: "NO HOAs!" Too bad your lawyer didn't demand the HOA turn over its books to account for its money. That could have gotten interesting. Vasectomy story: OP, there's no right or wrong answer to this. Was it wrong to hold back the info your father didn't give coworker? Maybe. But she also agreed to have an affair with a married man and KNEW his wife was dying, using that fact to justify the affair. IMO, she reaped what she sowed and so did your father, who is the real villain of the story.

That is not karma. Karma is the universe repaying her for her evil. This was pure, premium grade, top shelf, revenge. Served cold.
My wife told our relator she'd rather be homeless than live in an hoa.
Story 3: Guy keeps parking in fire line, keep towing him. The fire lane is a fire lane for a reason. If there's an emergency, the fire/ambulance truck needs that lane to save lives. So tow him until he gets the message.
If the FD finds his car in a fire lane, they WILL smash the windows and run the hoses through it. He will be heavily fined. 🤨
@@lancerevell5979 If the fire department finds his car in a fire lane they will just tell parking enforcement, the car won't be damaged in any way unless it's blocking a fire hydrant they need to use.
@@lancerevell5979 ONLY if the car is blocking a fire hydrant will they need to go through it.
The last one,op had every right to do what she did after what stepmother did to her mom!
It’s a Federal offense for anyone except a Postal Service employee to put “mail” in the mailbox
@@Ryanthusarand 3 to 5 years in Federal Prison for each count as well as a $250,000 fine for each count
@@mjjoe76 Beware the Karenosaurus Rhee.
Our HOA is like that. $24 a year dues, voluntary, which they use for a summer clean-up of trash and a Christmas party.
That last story was beautiful vengeance.
It really is the patient ones that are the scariest.
Oh definitely 😈
"Beware the quiet man!" 😅
Patience is a virtue
Story #1: Prance around and find out is what comes to mind when hearing this story, I am disabled and in a Wheelchair, I need full access to my van with no obstructions. We don't get revenge by blocking others in, but I am willing to call the Non-emergency number to get whoever blocked us in, towed.
good for you
Yes, putting mail into the mailboxes is a crime if you're not a postal worker.
I'm proud of you, OP.
charlotte!
Story 2: I wonder if the HOA was charging OP because they were trying to make up the funds they drained and thought Op would be a easy target
Story 4: OP had nothing to be ashamed of. Both Dad and AP suck especially the dad who is such a pathetic worm.
Story 4: OP shouldn’t feel bad about it. Yes it’s sad she couldn’t have kids but she’s a terrible person and her father should have said something. Dad was just as bad as the “co worker”
Dad was worse since he's the one breaking his vows. And lying to his new wife.
@ yes
Not to mention the fact that she would have been a terrible mother considering the way she treated OP.
Story 3 - I give OP Kudos for keeping up with calling the tow truck on the Crappy Neighbor
Stroy #4: NO OP!! be PROUD of it! It's a huge thing to be SO PATIENT!! this "coworker" de serve d it!!
I'm surprised they needed the bus to be able to cite the drivers... if it was that bad, it should have been easy to have a patrol there every day...
@wolphin732 I think they were happier about the bus forcing the bad drivers to obey traffic rules and laws
Wow! That last OP has far more patience than I ever would. Did their momma proud there, I’m sure.
AH neighbor: i towed your friends car. What are you going to do about?
OP: I choose violence.
I would have told the coworker it was her karma for what she'd done to the mother. And told the father the same.
Story 1- i would’ve kept having his car towed to cost him more money, but i’m vindictive like that
parking in the disables spot didn't cost this guy 90k, being an AH did. if he just took the L and moved on nobody would have cared.
Last Story! Well played OP well played!
Story 4. I half expected Stepmom to get pregnant only to find out it wasn't OP's father's.
Last story. ops revenge was not merely served cold, it was on ice.
500$ is so cheap for a good lawyer.
There is NO SUCH THING as a “good HOA”. The phrase is a contradiction in terms.
I'm part of a good HOA. There are only four owners involved in the same building. But I feel as lucky as I can be to have trustworthy, honest, considerate HOA partners. It can get very bad indeed. If it's done right, you benefit and help each other. If it's done wrong, cue the lawyers.
Story's with good HOA's aren't posted often because why bother and nobody actually cares unless they want to buy a house part of that HOA.
Stories of entitled Karens getting taught a lesson never cease to be amusing
Story #4, Chef's Kiss!!! Perfect. Love it!
A group of Karens is called an HOA
I thought they were called a blimp since their heads are as full of hot air as one.
NOPE!!!
A group of Karen's is NOT called an HOA...
A Group of Karen's is called AN ABSOLUTE FUCKING NIGHTMARE!!!
😄😁😆😅😂🤣
This made me laugh more than maybe it should have 🤣
Or "a gang". As in criminal thugs. 🤨
People that tow people without it actually being illegal should be reported for GTA. That includes the tow company since they should know better.
Wow😮 That quiet daughter was the epitome of moving in the shadows!
Story 4 counts as pro if not nuclear revenge holy cow 🐄

No you are definitely alone. You know it, we know it. Have fun being isolated and sad lol.

I'd stop calling the tow truck after the neverth time the guy parked there.
Hello there everyone
Parking Story: Entitled Twit is VERY fortunate he didn't pull that stunt in my Southern Ontario City...
Parking Enforcement would have been there within 20 minutes, not an hour after the call and moments after they showed up, so would a City Tow Truck to impound the offending car...
Story 4 If i were OP I wouldn't worry too much.
"We tried so hard to get pregnant." Translated: "We raw-dogged a lot." Seriously, NOBODY needs to hear that.
Brain dead comment that makes no sense whatsoever.

Yep... goverments can be entitled Karens as well!
Omg yes!
I had a pet squirrel when I was in school they are the sweetest babies. A lot of people believe them being docile to humans means they have rabbies but it is not true at all. They can learn to like people especially if they are like my baby I found him he still needed milk and couldn't eat yet.
My late Sister used to rescue and raise orphaned baby squirrels. So this case hits home. Those government thugs need a good dose of righteous commuppance! 😎👍
Those HOA Karen's were the kid that reminded the teacher they forgot to assign homework the Friday before a holiday weekend.
Teacher's pet!
Story 2" The dangers of no HOA? My neighborhood doesn't have one and hasn't collapsed yet. Maybe HOAs aren't really necessary after all.
Story 1: An apology to his neighbors would have been a lot cheaper.
Enjoying a drive listening to this😂😂😂😂😂
Ngl the putting mail in someone's mailbox being a crime is such a weird thing. Ofc it worked in favour of OP but wth 😅
Story 2 - 👏👏👏👏👏 Bravo OP!
Love the "fall" background pictures!
Story 3: A full hour isn't that "quick" of a visit.
Last story: "We are not worthy."
They say revenge is sweet. They say revenge is a dish best served cold. Therefore, revenge is ice cream...
RV in the Driveway...
"...plain envelope stuffed in my mailbox..." Don't touch the envelope. Call the Post Master and lodge a complaint for illegal use of a post box. An inspector will come out and remove the envelope, determine its origin and the federal government will prosecute from there.
Hiding a vasectomy from your desperate for a child partner is a vile thing to do . . . Know a guy like that and I utterly despise him
Last story: I'm not sure if it's really possible, but it would have been nice if OP could have twisted the knife even more.
The only reason i would care about sidewalk overhang is it can block wheelchairs and strollers. As long as the sidewalk is wide enough to provide lots of clearence with a bike overhanging then its not a big deal. Block the way for our wheeled neighbors? Please move it a bit closer to your garage.
The last story OP played it well playing the long game. She got the revenge for herself and mom on her father for his infidelity while they were both suffering. Now he can deal with loss like he made everyone else deal with, the a-hole. The home-wrecker also got wrecked as well.
our hoa is so chill, I love our neighboorhood.
15:30 They should probably have it marked FIRE LANE
Last story: vengeance is a dish best served cold.
Story 1: He is the type of person who parks in disabled spots that shopping centres. After all there's never anyone parked there.
Story one : they could have at least tried to ask the neighbor to move his car before calling the police, could have been faster and less drama after.
Story 1: I think a lot of people buy flashy cars to make it seem like they're doing well when they're really not.
Sounds like BMW jerk's imagined entitlement is the only thing he's got going for him.
But... If you can't pay the fine, don't act like slime.

Story 2: Hmm... $1500/day "fine" for having an RV temporarily parked in your driveway or $1000 for an attorney to make the HOA go away? Seems like an easy decision. Maybe if they made the "fine" $15/day, OP might have paid it to make the guy go away. But the racist HOA board members had to make the "fine" larger than the cost of an attorney. "Congratulations. You played yourself."
