Also worth mentioning that for Popsockets, there is a Popclip accessory that can be pasted on any surface (normally cars) so that it can act as a holder. There is even one that can be attached to AC vents if you don't want the adhesive type. Also, I think the MOFT is not really comfortable when using it to swipe down to see your notifications especially for large screen phones.
I have used all three of these myself. The moft x us my fav based on function but it is also the worth for price and durability. My moft x is already comming apart after one month of use. Frayed stitching, loose glue that holds it together and lots of signs of wear showing
I backed on Kickstarter and have to say, it was a well ran campaign. I've backed other things which have been delayed and delayed, and even changed significantly after the funding was complete, but this came, if anything, earlier than expected. Overall, I actually really like it. I used a Spigen version of the 'ring' type on a older phone, which was great in functionality, but would constantly get caught on the lip of trouser pockets, and added a lot of bulk. I was considering a pop socket, but the bulk put me off. Bad points about this: I actually didn't find it to be as sticky as Joshua mentioned after a couple of reapplications, but I fixed that with some 3M tape. The fold in the middle does wear to a darker colour where the sparkly finish wears off. Good points: I can pick up, unfold this and be holding my phone with it in one hand. I don't know how I lived without it - it is making handling the Note 10+ much easier, and the phone now spends most of its time propped up on the stand. Brilliant. I'm using this on a Note10+ with a Rhinoshield Solid Suit case.
The new PopSockets actually have removable tops so it doesn’t interfere with wireless charging. You can just twist the PopTop off & it allows you to charge your phone wirelessly while it’s still in the case
The tablet version already has OEM version, which was sold about 10-20% of the original product price while having similar quality. Waiting for the phone version.
All 3 impede wireless charging thus a non-starter. Taking the case off is really impractical if one has anything more protective than the cases you use. I found Speck's GrabTab which is thin enough on a case to allow wireless charging.
For someone who's looking to buy this now. If you wanna buy it but you got a small phone with a Fingerprent sensor at the back. Dont. I got a Pixel 3a and it blocks the fingerprint sensor
I have done a review on the MOFT X Stand. I bought 2 of the phone stand and both of them disintegrate after just less than 6 months of use. You can literally take out the metal pieces as use it as shurikens, really don't recommend them for long term usage. Check out my review to witness it yourself
Have been using pop sockets for ages now can't live without one I used my note 10+ for a month it is heavy & hurts my hand I would never put it directly onto my phone always put them on my cases can't get the real ones there expensive to ship to Australia
You should have mentioned that Moft has a terrible reputation for slow or no delivery at all. I have waited for 6 weeks and my cases are stuck in China for the whole time. I have yet to see if they are going to resolve this issue or refund me, or if they are going to ignore it.
I bought a pop socket once and when I tried to open it up the first time it fell off, I dropped my phone and almost broke it. I through it right in the trash.
Try the Loopy Case. It requires no adhesive, because the rubber loop is inserted through two holes in the case. And the rubber loop itself is super strong. www.loopycases.com/
Wasn't wireless charging meant to make charging easier? And now you have to take of the case in order to charge? Plugging it in is now easier, more efficient and faster. That was a strange thing to see.
I agree -- just sometimes when I'm at my desk I want the phone standing up (which all of these products help with) and I'd prefer it not to lose battery over time. I have wireless chargers just sitting around, figured I should use them as much as possible
I have a OnePlus 7 pro and sometimes find it uncomfortable to hold sometimes I wish the OnePlus was a bit more narrower than wider like my old Galaxy note 8 is anyway I just ordered the ringke it comes tomorrow not bad for 8.99.
Take the case off to wireless charge??? Lmao easier to just plug in at that pt
And cheaper
Once you get into Wireless Charging, it's rather hard to get off it again.
Henning Gu True, because it makes it easier. But taking the case off each time makes it harder than just plugging in
Not really
You can actually very easily twist that soffit off almost instantly, he should have suggested that
2 years ago I got into popsockets and I never looked back!
Me too 😁

arwen999 thanks for sharing! I‘m about to purchase this and looking up for its questionable durability and usability on longer term
I usually drill three 1.5 inch holes through my phone. Grip built in.
Try the Ghostek Loop. I’m loving mine compared to the ones you showed here, I’ve tried them. You can unclip the loop and still wireless charge
I put a phone ring on top of my Popsocket, that way I have the best of both. 😄
I like the popsockets. I just wish the HTC Evo with kickstand came back out again.

Hi. Did you face any issues with S-Pen? I used a similar grip like MoftX but it affects S-Pen functionality due to the magnet inside
@@ryantry2043 good question. No noticeable affect to the function of the S-Pen
Ugh that damn note 10 plus was my favorite ever I wish they brought that back.

I see pure using them Bose glasses! I love having my prescription in then too!
Bought the most phone stand and love it. Great information from you! Thanks
For this kind of thing, Ungrip is the best for me. While it cannot be used as stand, it's easier & more comfortable to use as phone holder.
I'll have to check it out! Got a few suggestions of products I've yet to try here.
The tablet version already has OEM version, which was sold about 10-20% of the original product price while having similar quality. Waiting for the phone version.
popsocket is the best for me. its just easy to use
Have you tried the loopy case? IMO it’s the best implementation of these designs. What do you think?
I haven't! I'll check them out when I get a chance.
I use to use iRing when I did not have wireless charge phone but now I dont use it because I use wireless charger all the time
same, cant use my phone without my popsocket.
my issue with a ring is that it's always too big which means i have no grip. so windowshopping for another system atm, more options than i thought
Hi I wanna ask about Moft-X
Does it effect for wireless charging?
Please let me know
Thanks
All 3 impede wireless charging thus a non-starter. Taking the case off is really impractical if one has anything more protective than the cases you use.
I found Speck's GrabTab which is thin enough on a case to allow wireless charging.
Except leaving a residue, is there any other risk in sticking the ring without a case?
Moft is perfect for iPhone 12’s MagSafe for wireless charging convenience.
Would the moft x prevents samsung pay or apple pay?
i use ungrip, it was great
It's a lot easier to just plug the phone in rather than removing the case and then setting it on a wireless charging pad
Does the MOFT case get into the way of wireless payments at the stores, or even wireless charging?
For someone who's looking to buy this now. If you wanna buy it but you got a small phone with a Fingerprent sensor at the back. Dont. I got a Pixel 3a and it blocks the fingerprint sensor
How would you compare Gogrip (plaster-like thingys with glide) to those?
I never seen a moft x and I think it first grip to beat popsocket
U have a common pop socket but it is with the string
Well if you move your pop socket a little you can do wireless charging with those too. Pop socket is easier to move around.
Indeed! I just find that I have to move it up too much to make it work.
You can also use the Poptop removable version. You can remove it for wireless charging
@@kiracyrus I don't know what Poptop is, official accessory? Can't findi it on popsocket.com.
Remember the flygrip? It was way back in 2011.

You should try the new “ohsnap” phone grip
The ohsnap is really good and fun but breaks after 1-2 weeks
thats wat i get for watching before commenting
Moft x jest fantastic 😄
Can I still use the nfc for paying with the moft x on?
will moftx fit on an iphone 7
Does the Moft x or the other two stick on Google's fabric case?
I tried it one time but it didn't feel like it would last on there. Definitely better on a full plastic case or something like leather.
@@jvtechtea Thanks! 👍👍 Always been a fan of your work. Keep it up!

Where to get megaman wallpaper? , its very nice
right behind ya!
Can you share a link of the case you're using on the Note 10+?
Pretty certain it's the Spigen. Here you go: (affiliate link) amzn.to/2rUKiOw
is that a spigen case? (on the note 10+)
Nice vid.
Love my Moft it is da shit
I'm glad it's working so well, too -- really feels at home on a bigger phone
What are the moft x dimensions?
I bought a pop socket once and when I tried to open it up the first time it fell off, I dropped my phone and almost broke it. I through it right in the trash.
What’s the name of the blue case?
This one is from Mujjo: www.mujjo.com/cases/iphone/iphone-11
Does the MOFT X support wireless charging?
It does not. Hence why I have it on a case so I can take the phone out if I do want to wireless charge
i prefer the ring, popsockers look cheap and the moft looks home made. by the way, never iked megaman, prefer Sonic
Next tablet edition
does the Moft Wallet allow you to still wierless charge? with out taking it off??
what about Momostick?
What clear case is it on the note 10 plus dude?
Should be this one. I don't have the phone on me at the moment, but I'm pretty certain it's the Spigen. Here you go: (affiliate link) amzn.to/2rUKiOw
@@jvtechtea thanks brudder! great videos you got there! loving all the videos you uploaded! keep it going!! keep rocking!
I need it even thinner.
The MOFT definitely found a way to alleviate the PopSocket pop, thankfully. But yes, maybe V2 or something will be even thinner
@@jvtechtea Just slightly should be fine. Considering the folding mechanism.

Why is it, so wide ?
I just hope to get a new phone. 🤣😔✊🏼

Who is using a fake popsocket?
How about ohsnap?
Ungrip all the waaaay. Tho you cannot use it as a stand.
Yeah, having a stand is a nice extra feature.
Keren
is this an ad
If I had a dollar for every time he said “in any case”, I’d have enough money to buy all three of those everyday
$30 instead of $10 or less no thank you
None of these are a patch on Ezl - have a look at th-cam.com/video/DW2CDd61lpA/w-d-xo.html
5:40😂😂😂😂
Phones are too damn big.
Ohsnap is the shit better than all of these
hardly affordable. its more than 40$ cad.
#teampopsocket
The ring is the best / pop sockets suck!
Popsocket is the worst 👎🤦♂️/moft x is the best!
U forgot loopy cases
first!
