This is a bumper-sized video showing my entire Physical Light Novel Collection as of 2023. Not including stored titles or digital light novels. This is also not including my Manga collection

This is a late comment, but I really want to start reading A Certain Magical Index. I like the anime and always heard that the Novels are far better and with the New Testament finally being released outside Japan, and the complete Old Testament of the first 22 volumes in one book. The A Certain Magical Index: The Old Testament Omnibus Edition. I want to read it, my favorite character of all time is in that series. I hope you've read it.
The author of rezero Confirmed that the series is a bit over halfway to its finishline, so it will probably have about 25-30 volumes more, meaning there would be like 60 volumes in total.
It won't ever finish. I guess the author's going to die before he can write last volume of the series!

The tunnel to summer the exit of goodbyes is sooo page turning. The story and the mystery in it is awesome. You shouldn't have missed it👍🏻.

My guess is 400? plus light novels in your collection... My physical light novel collection is around 100... Quite interesting how you bought lots of Volume 1s and somehow got lost in it all..
Same thing happened to me with digital manga. I just just bought so many volumes (that caught my eye for whatever reason), I completely lost track of everything haha. Shame for Date a Live and High School DxD. Maybe it would be worth checking them out in the future when they are more complete. Someday, in the future, I will start and finish Re:Zero after the light novels finish :D
I was in Japan when 86 got released, it was everywhere! (will read it in the future lol)

I saw Vol.8 of 86 just this morning on amazon uk at a regular price! Just a heads up if you want to check it out. Amazing video otherwise! Loved the little commentary of every series while showcasing it!
Weird. Looks like it's only 3rd party sellers atm. And they are more than rrp :(
I think maybe if it's that out of stock you should you try a 3rd party seller. I haven't ever had a problem if the seller has a good rating. And from what I saw the prices were around 11-12£. Personally I have never purchased a light novel first hand that's cheaper but maybe that's just me.

I wanted to collect more light novels but here in Brazil there are very few interesting things to collect like Re:Zero, Log Horizon and Overlord, but these two take years to bring new volumes. But Re:Zero is very fast, here we are already in volume 21.
And I hope that someday Re:Zero get a TRPG too like Konosuba. If it happens I'll pre order on day one if necessary.

Katanagatari was released 1 volume a month over a year period. It's one of my reading plans to read one a month like how they were published.

I tend to like more short series or one-shots, sadly my fav series of all time is not even translated into English so I read it somewhere else (but I bought the entire series in Japanese for collection) and is Maria Watches over us. I have not read a lot but those that I have read were a blast. Strawberry Panic, Suzumiya til the Disappearance, Three days of happiness, The dark maidens, Another, First Konosuba, Overlord all. Planning: I'm the villainess and I'm taming the final boss, Raven of the inner palace.
Short series are always great. I'd recommend NPCS In this Village Seem Real (3 Volumes), Perfect Blue (2 volumes) and Anime Unleashed (1 Volume) if you haven't checked them out :D
Restaurant to another world vol 6 should be released in English later this year! The date keeps getting pushed back. As of right now it says September. Love the video!
I think even when I read volume 5 it was due to be released XD I don't even know if 6 is out in japan

To me Classroom of The Elite is good from Volume 1, The only volume of the series i didnt enjoy was volume 2, but the rest are amazing.

Bro classroom of the elite is not overhyped, it's amazing
Read Torture Princess 5 and 6 and then you can step away from it. The series goes a different direction after that so if the book has started to lose your attention, volume 6 is a great place to step off.
I need to read 3 and 4 XD but I think ill maybe do just that
Volume 6 is my favorite and 8 is my second

I'm so unhappy 'coz *Re:ZERO* stopped at vol.11 and *Haruhi Suzumiya!* stopped at vol.6 here in Italy. The 2 publishers are the worst ever and I'm so angry to them!
*Perfect Blue* I watched the anime movie and bought the novel but had not the chance to read it yet. I wanna read it ASAP!
*The Tunnel to Summer. The Exit of Goodbyes* I didn't watch the anime movie because I plan to read the novel first. I already bought it!
*Penguin Highway* same as before.
*Classroom of the Elite* volumes 4 and 4.5 will come out in few days here in Italy, and happily looking forward to it!
And finally the MASTERPIECE of all MASTERPIECES, *OverlorD* which I've been read already 9 volumes and now reading volume 10 and 11. Volume 12 is soon coming out here!
I recommend The Eminence in Shadow novels.
Had vol 1 but didn't like it
Super disappointed not to see Death March in this collection. And also Goblin Slayer.
And you definitely need to get into Haunted Bookstore - can just about guarantee you will really enjoy that one.

I think it is the first OP MC title I read. But the MC is a pretty good guy overall. His one “failing” might be that he doesn’t necessarily want to involved himself where there is trouble, but he generally ends up stepping in when things are in a bad state. But he doesn’t overdo it. He will do enough to balance things and then let others manage the rest.
He isn’t doing things to be noticed (in fact, he tries to keep a low profile where possible).
I really like the cast. A number of great characters.
The title feels a little like a travelogue in that the MC and his group are traveling to a lot of different places in this land he ended up in. But they meet a lot of interesting characters, run into fun and interesting situations, and overall I just really enjoy reading about these characters and their adventures.
Konosuba is one of my favorite series. But i dont like the ending ..anyway great video mate 🔥

@@ThatLightNovelGuy the final battle is amazing for me and aqua i lover her in this final volume but if you ask me i expect the author will give explanation about kazuma and megumin relationship in the ending but overall konosuba is still amazing series 🔥

Hsdxd is really better then the show, but I still love the show. And now they have a spin-off that I need to catch up on. (The book I mean)
Yeah the volume I read felt a lot more grown up than the show did.

I just started reading Classroom of the Elite. I like it, though the talk about girls boobs kind of put me off a little. I'll check out So I'm a Spider So What and Overlord.
