You didn't even mention The Disney Fairies book series. They are considered cannon and explain why and how Tink first met Peter, and also when and why she eventually left him.
I'd really like to see a timeline of all the Disney fairy movies connecting to the Peter Pan movies including The Neverland Pirates series. After The Pirate Fairy I just want to see how it all comes together.
It bothers me how no one ever really points out Tinker Bell was MANHANDLED by several characters within the opening scenes of the movie: Peter Pan locks her in a drawer without any real concern for freeing her, Peter then forces her to use HER magic against her will, and then the youngest kid grabs her and, again, FORCES HER to use HER magic by violently shaking her upside down. It's actually frightening how the characters seem to treat her as a sub-human or creature who can be manhandled without a second thought. You have to wonder if Tinker Bell didn't develop some sort of violent Stockholme Syndrome or Dependent Personality Disorder if Peter, again, violently manhandles her without any concern of her well being or desires.
Xander Lowe It's just a kids movie 😂😂 Ill admit, Disney does have some dark origins but the movies are for children so theyre not supposed to come off as harsh as their origins.
Actually, Tinkerbell is proven to have a crush on Peter. Hook states that when he was talking with her later in the movie and is also stated in an interview with one of the writers of the movie.
Mourning over the other person's death seems to work for some reason in some of these Disney movies. Rapunzel mourned over Eugene and he was brought back by the flower's magic. Belle mourned over the Beast and it was enough for the curse to be broken. Jane mourned over Tink and she was brought back to life
I believe it's meant to be representative of the phrase, "Love conquers all". It's usually in those moments that a pure love of some sort is realized, romantic or platonic.
I agree with Smasherfan88. But how they died I think is a little different. So far in all the non Disney adaptations to the prequal of Peter Pan, the fairies were burned by pirates. I believe Hook was the one who burned them.
@@lalalalili1787 Unfortunately, each fairytale in truth to their original authors has one or two dark moments. For me, it was just a theory until I saw the SciFi channel adaptation. Another theory I have is that Pixie Hollow and the original pixie dust tree later became Hangman's tree, Peter's hideout. But that hasn't been proven yet.
One thing that I never got was, in the Tinkerbell franchise there was a movie released, "Tinkerbell Secret Of The Wings", it was stated that normal fairy's couldn't go into the snow/frost lands of winter. Or else their wings would freeze and break, like wise winter fairy's couldn't go into the warm climate areas or else their wings would wither away. However in the first Tinkerbell movie, released in 2008, there is a winter fairy at pixie hollow. If you freeze this video at 1:03 you can see this exact fairy. So i guess my question is, who is this fairy? Why aren't her wings dying?
The only time I have found where this is even elaborated on is in the original book: Fairy Dust and the Quest for the Egg when Tink tells Mother Dove she met him when she saved him from a shark but we don't get to hear the details because the book shifts to the other characters in the story with the main plot line.
In the books Tink briefly mentions that she first met Peter by saving him from a shark and that she was so heartbroken when he fell in love with Wendy that she eventually left him and became even more obsessed with the work from her tinkering/pots and pans talent. Later in the second book she cursed Peter to fall in love with a clam shell using a wand from another fairy civilization on earth and then Terrance uses the wand to make her fall madly in love with him. Since she had renounced love after the Wendy incident he had been striking out with her just as hard as he is "friend-zoned" in the movies. Eventually these curses are undone by her as she tames the wand at the end of the book and saves Pixie Hollow.
I've loved Tink for so long!! At one point I was so obsessed with Peter Pan & Tink that I got a tea mug, a bunch of fairy movies & an ornament for Christmas. I also ended up playing Tink for birthday parties and public events.
While watching this video, I just came up with a theory and would like for you, Watso Video to dive deeper into this if you can. It's about Tinkerbell and The Great Fairy Rescue and the Peter Pan movies. Basically, my theory is that Lizz, the first human to see Tinkerbell could actually be Wendy's mom or grandma. It would make sense that she should be related to Wendy somehow since she knows about Peter and Tinkerbell. Also, maybe, just maybe, Lizz and Peter were friends before Peter became the leader of Neverland. Please look more into this Watso
what I find realy interesting is that Tink returns a music box to a child in the first Tinkerbell movie and I'm nearly sure that child was Wendy when she were very young because she resembled her a lot.
I wonder if maybe Tinkerbell became the last fairy because that would explain how she acts in Peter Pan. She doesn't want to loss her last friend to someone else
I enjoyed reading the book that had the fairies such as tinkerbell and the fairy queen but it had a fairy that didn't have a talent and they had a Dove where she'd molt her feathers off and they grind it into pixie dust. They had to save the mother dove from dying and had to fight a dragon and get something from him. I know there was a second book but I can't even remember what it was called. It's been about 12yrs
The (I think canon in the original book) reason for Tink's intense jealousy is that fairies' bodies are so small, they can only feel one emotion at a time.
I don't know why but for some reason I don't remember tinkerbell sacrificing her life for peter with a bomb? I remember it as peter was about to drink some poison from hook but tinkerbell had it instead
The bomb was in the older animated movie. In the original story & some of the newer versions have Tinker Bell drinking the poison-Wendy had given Peter 'medicine' that Hook put poison in and Tink saved him.
I was mostly in middle school when the return to neverland came out. I remember dragging my father to the theator to see it. I had a copy of Peter Pan and it broke, I remember crying when it happened. It has always been one of my favorite movies and it always will.
awesome video this one really opened my eyes about tinker bell and why she is so important to Disney.please continue with the amazing video I enjoy them so much
so if you watch the original Tinker Bell at the end when she brings the statue to the house in London, the girl's name is Wendy, so, personally I think they are one in the same.
I like how the first movie indicated she was born 5 days before the first day of spring. That means she was either born on the day before or the day of St. Patrick's day
@1:05 I'm gonna have to correct you on that. That Selection ceremony has very little difference to a shop like Ollivander. It's not the person that chooses what they wield, but the object in question that chooses it's wielder. The reaction from the Hammer by being so close to Tinkerbell showed just how much that Hammer had a connection to Tink and her potential!!!!
Tink is one of my favorite Disney sidekicks, and yes I’ve seen both Peter Pan movies, as well as all the Disney Fairies films, and I’ve seen Hook and have read Peter and the Starcatchers.

Thank you! I definitely will. I've only seen the first one in it's entirety, but I really want to see the Pirate Fairy. What one's do you like the best? Thanks for watching!
I loved that Disney brought more of Tinkerbell's story cause Tinkerbell is always that kind of mysterious character and I always wondered on who she was before and how the fairy race has to do with all of this. now that I've seen how her race works and everything you need to know about Tinkerbell, I feel complete. until I realised that she hasn't met Peter in the movies yet ... hope they'll make another Tinkerbell movie where she meets him, now THAT'LL finish off the tinkerbell series. I hope a movie like that would happen .. LIKE FO REAL (๑-﹏-๑)
They explain it in the books actually. :) The books came out before the movies and were the origins of many of the fairies we see in the movies such as Vidia, Terrance, Queen Clarion, and more. In the second book, Fairy Haven and the Quest for the Wand, Tinkerbell, Queen Clarion, and Rani (who is the coolest character and I'm sooo sad she's not in the movies) have to travel out of Neverland to the palace of the Great Wanded fairies. It's described in the book that Never fairies are small while Great Wanded fairies are human sized. They have different abilities such as Never fairies being blessed with a talent and Wanded fairies being able to perform great acts of magic with their wands. (FUN FACT: Wands are actually sentient and have personalities.) The fairy godmother from Cinderella or the Blue fairy from Pinocchio could be examples of Great Wanded fairies. So in the context of the question; there are different types of fairies. Wanded fairies are larger then Never fairies and are from another land.
@@CloverBell13 what books? Can you please tell me the name of the first one? Queen clarion is my favorite in the movies. I was sad she didnt have a bigger part.
can you talk about the queen of pixie hollow and her story with the king of the ice fairies like periwinkle they had a love story but some of it is unknown and i must know plz and thanx !
Wotso Videos yeah this would make for a good video especially for those who haven't seen all the movies and maybe for those of us who have and don't know the whole story
That would be hard to do because the only time that story is referenced is the one movie. In earlier movies the lord of winter is chilling with the other seasons leaders and is actually a woman. They totally rewrote all of that plot line for Secret of the Wings and no other movie and if you go back further to the original books the pixies don't actually change the seasons at all and queen Clarion is a minor character with no love interest. (even though timeline wise those books take place after the Peter Pan story and therefore way after the Disney Fairies movies).
I love Tink! I've seen all the Disney fairy movies as well as Hook and her appearance in Once Upon a Time. Interesting video. I feel like you told us stuff we already know, but I didn't know about the model for Tinker bell claiming Tink wasn't in love with Peter Pan. That was informative and I'm inclined to agree somewhat. Tinker Bell does love Peter but as a friend. Her jealously was due to the possibility of being replaced on adventures, not as a potential romantic partner.
The fourth film "Secret of the Wings" in the Disney Fairies franchise has ruined the whole franchise! In the first film, winter fairies live in the same area as warm season fairies. When Think, along with Clank and Bobble, go to the Tinker Area, they pass across the Winter Woods and they are fine. In SOTW, no warm season fairies are allowed to go there. That doesn't match.
I know right it doesnt make any sense. The winter fairies were in the pixie dust tree when tinkerbell was choosing her talent. Their wings didnt even melt
Thanks for the great video! I know I’m 17, but I must admit, I LOVE the Disney Fairies films and I find a connection with Tinker Bell. I'm in love with Vidia's design as well. It's a bit of a guilty pleasure of mine.
Great question. I don't really know. In Once Upon A Time and Hook the fairies can change sizes, but we never see Tink in any other version do that. Thanks for watching!
Different fairies means different sizes? Tinkerbell is a tinker fairy so maybe tinker fairies are just small...though that doesn't explain the smallness of the other fairies in the Tinkerbell movies, of which I've seen have fairies dedicated to flowers, animals and ect. The Blue fairy always seemed more like an angel than a fairy to me but that's just a personal thought and they do directly call her a fairy in both story and movie. This is defiantly an interesting topic but if I were to guess, maybe the blue fairy is more closely related to a fairy godmother who we have seen in Cinderella to be of average human size. This would make sense as her special power is to grant wishes
Acedia DeKay maybe its has to do with the power they have like a few others mentioned but not necessarily their talent but the energy they can use, some can grant wishes by themselves. But it takes a group of these smaller fairies to change the seasons
@Ajudithh So Tinker Bell, whom daily fights pirates, in a noob compared to The Blue Fairy's massive skill level... Damm where did she grind to get so far, she isn't even in a guild like Tinker?
In the first spin off film series of TinkerBell, she returns a lost treasure to a girl named Wendy on her very first trip to the main land. I'm thinking this would have made a significant connection to upcoming TinkerBell series, but too bad that #7 and #8 are being cancelled due to decrease in sales production
The Peter Pan movie is one of my favorites. I've seen a few of the Tinker Bell movies. They're cute and I like them but they did change her some. It's not very believable that the Tink in thoes movies would try to kill Wendy. They're still fun movies and have good messages for kids. There's also beautiful to look at.
Well, here's something to think about. When Jane said she didn't believe in fairies, Tink revealed her light would go out. So, hold up. One girl says it and that spells doom for the iconic fairy of Neverland? There's got to be more to it. I mean, if you watch Tinkerbell's adventures in the later Tinkerbell movie series, other people believed in her. Could it be there is a special bond that Jane shares with Tinkerbell that neither are aware of. Like, now this is a crazy theory, what if Tinkerbell played a role in Jane's creation? She could be like, Jane's second mother in a sense, but doesn't know it. Perhaps, when they sailed back to London, Tinkerbell made up with Wendy, and, I don't know, gave her a fairy hug, but in that act, caused something magical to happen within Wendy and, possibly by accident, bound Wendy's unborn daughter at the time, to herself. So, without her, shall we say, daughter by magic to believe in her, Tinkerbell's life force can not be sustained, and thus, Tinkerbell's light must be reignited by her daughter in order for her to live. I know it's a crazy theory, and might not seem to make a lot of sense, but it's the best way I can explain it.
Welp, I have a feeling that if anyone uses the captions on this video, will get a happy little chuckle at the end of the actual video, just before Isaac talks about Patreon and Happy Little Thoughts.
i don't think you will get anything cause the Hercules movie is not pasted on true facts everything in that movie in a big lie you should read the Greek mythology to know more about their story i mean only hades himself in 360 degrees different from what they made him in the movie in fact he helped Hercules in one of his missions :)
Ry T Pain and Panic are the children of Ares God of war and Aphrodite goddess of love they didn't serve Hades and were truly frightening gods in Greek myths
How does Tink have so much pixie dust in Peter Pan? She has enough to spare to life and entire ship and she isn’t seen leaving to get more from pixie hollow.
OH MY GOD! he turned my suggestion into a video (i'm the comment at the begining) and i only found out 4 years later!!!!!!!!!!! this is so crazy, I can't believe it took me this long to find out. Thank you so much Isaac!
but then, how come tinkerbell never runs out of pixie dust, what if she replaced the queen, and became the queen that gave her life? what if she is the current queen, which explains her never ending pixie dust
I always found it confusing that Peter believes pixie dust comes from fairies and that fairies posses an unlimited supply of pixie dust, yet the fairy movies insist that pixie dust comes from blue pixie dust which comes from a blue harvest moon and the infusion of a pixie dust tree. Also the fact that Hook was also able to understand the language of the fairies doesn’t make much sense, but that is a topic for another time.
I don't know for you but I can't see tinker Bell in Peter Pan and tinker Bell in the tinker Bell franchise as the same person. I don't imagine tinker Bell from the franchise wanting to hutt and kill someone by jaleousy
oml im just like tinkerbell once when i logged on onto a game i play i saw my online bff on. when i teleported there was a guy with her.i was so angry and worried that next time she'll forget about me. then one day, when i logged on, she was with the guy and she forgot i was there. i began fighting with him then my friend broke up just yesterday.
great video, but I hav a question. in the tinker bell movie, secret of the wings where she meets her sister Periwinkle, we can see that warm fairies are not allowed in winter and the other way around as well. but, in the first movie, we see the minister of snow (1:03) in the clip, some snow fairies and even tink , clank and bauble flying through a snowy region while they show her to her house. was the law not effective then?! dumb question, I know, but please someone answer it!!! 😰😰😰😰😓😓😓😓🙏🙇🙏🙇

That doesn't match.
it's a movie for little kids, continuity isn't gonna be perfect
I know right it doesnt make any sense. The winter fairies were in the pixie dust tree when tinkerbell was choosing her talent. Their wings didnt even melt
I have wanted all the tinkerbell movies she has been in because she's one of my favourite Disney fairys
I wonder if Tink left the rest of the fairies? Can you make a video about that?
Thickerbell is my favourite character in Peter pan and I got the other Thickerbell films on dvd and Peter pan 2 on dvd
Tinkerbell is my favorite. I seen all her movies
i want to see a disney fairy movie about how she met Peter Pan!
I agree! That could be so cool! Thanks for watching!
We already know how Captain Hooks relationship with Tink startend out, now we need to know how she met Peter!
Thanks for the great video! I know I’m 17, but I must admit, I LOVE the Disney Fairies films and I find a connection with Tinker Bell. I'm in love with Vidia's design as well. It's a bit of a guilty pleasure of mine.
Why is she a different size then The Blue Fairy from Pinocchio ???
Can they chance sizes ???
Well, it seems like Tink is just a fairy as opposed to a Fairy Godmother, like in Wotso's theory. And wait, Tink isn't a fairy, she's a pixie.
If there is a new tinker Bell movie, I want Peter Pan in it
I am so glad they put once upon a time in the video!!!!!!
Here's a theory: How did Kaa from The Jungle Book get his hypnotic powers?
I would love to see a new Tinkerbell movie where she meets Peter.
Remember how she hate her talent when she found out she was a tinker and attempt to switch it with a nature talent
He didnt even mention she is a TWIN!! A winter fairy twin
I've watched all the fairy franchise!
The Tinkerbell in the Peter Pan movie is so far from the Tinkerbell from the franchise.
I love tinkerbell
What's her relationship with other kinds of fairies like the Blue Fairy, the three Fairies from Sleeping Beauty, Fairy Godmother, and Maleficent?
The Peter Pan movie is one of my favorites. I've seen a few of the Tinker Bell movies. They're cute and I like them but they did change her some. It's not very believable that the Tink in thoes movies would try to kill Wendy. They're still fun movies and have good messages for kids. There's also beautiful to look at.
I've seen and love all of the Disney Fairy Movies especially Secret of the Wings.
'Seees once upon a time ' aaaaaaaahhhhhhh ouat 😍❤️💜💙😍
I'm just confused if she's suppose to be a fairy or pixie. She's called a fairy, but lives in "Pixie Hollow" & uses "pixie dust".
Blackton Obvious! Ikr I think she might be a pixie but I have no idea 😂
My favorite of all characters my whole life. Ive never identified with a character more
Thanks for saying she encountered Captain Hook, without really spoiling the movie.
I would like to know a full story on Pain and Panic from Hercules.
How Hades get his two shapeshifting imps?
Who are Pain and Panic!?
i don't think you will get anything cause the Hercules movie is not pasted on true facts everything in that movie in a big lie you should read the Greek mythology to know more about their story i mean only hades himself in 360 degrees different from what they made him in the movie in fact he helped Hercules in one of his missions :)
Ry T Pain and Panic are the children of Ares God of war and Aphrodite goddess of love they didn't serve Hades and were truly frightening gods in Greek myths
They're Pain and Panic. Well, the embodiments of Pain and Panic.
Abigail McCarthy one of them is a Pain and the other Panics all the time😂
Silvermist!!!
amy Perez Sooo I take it your a fan?..
Huge fan
Vidia and Silvermist r my fave fairies
Great Video!!! Watching this make me wish that Disney would create Peter Pans origin story from the book Peter Pan in Kensington Gardens
Let’s not forget that Tink once put a hit out on Wendy
Do Pain and Panic's Full Story
I always found it confusing that Peter believes pixie dust comes from fairies and that fairies posses an unlimited supply of pixie dust, yet the fairy movies insist that pixie dust comes from blue pixie dust which comes from a blue harvest moon and the infusion of a pixie dust tree.
Also the fact that Hook was also able to understand the language of the fairies doesn’t make much sense, but that is a topic for another time.
can you make another video explaining how tinker bell and Peter pan first met each other.
Tinker was always there for Peter.
But Peter?
He chose Wendy.
I love your videos!
Thank you! Thanks for watching!
tinker bell also used to be a offical disney princess but had her "membership revoked"
Id like a theory about why peter and the lost boys never grow up
Loravieve Good idea I'd love that!
I don't know for you but I can't see tinker Bell in Peter Pan and tinker Bell in the tinker Bell franchise as the same person. I don't imagine tinker Bell from the franchise wanting to hutt and kill someone by jaleousy
This is the best one you did yet oh who am I kidding there all the best
THANK YOU FOR INDUCING PETER AND THE STARCATCHERS!!!!!!!!!!!
What if Peter Pan was the baby that when he first laughed bore Tink
Great video!!! 😊
Thank you so much Bailey! Your support is much appreciated! Thanks for watching!
oml im just like tinkerbell once when i logged on onto a game i play i saw my online bff on. when i teleported there was a guy with her.i was so angry and worried that next time she'll forget about me. then one day, when i logged on, she was with the guy and she forgot i was there. i began fighting with him then my friend broke up just yesterday.
tinker bell was pan's fairy godmother
I LOVE tinkerbell
You forgot her origin Wendy's first laugh gave her life
i love you tinker bell
great video, but I hav a question.
in the tinker bell movie, secret of the wings where she meets her sister Periwinkle, we can see that warm fairies are not allowed in winter and the other way around as well.
but, in the first movie, we see the minister of snow (1:03) in the clip, some snow fairies and even tink , clank and bauble flying through a snowy region while they show her to her house. was the law not effective then?!
dumb question, I know, but please someone answer it!!!
😰😰😰😰😓😓😓😓🙏🙇🙏🙇
Well, I believe that in the first movie, Disney hadn't plan to give Tink a sister yet :)))
just inconsistencies because that idea wasn't invoked, or even thought of probably, and Disney didn't care late on about that.
TAKASHI
Kristie Eliza I THOUGHT THE SAME THING
Oh my gosh! He referenced Peter and the starcatcher! I was Molly in that just recently.
I saw all the tinker bell movies
The animation is great and I love the world of Neverland. Do you recommend them? Thanks for watching!
The real story was peter forgot that she exists after she died. She died(1 year after Wendy left neverland)
I like how she is always a complex character in comparison with other Disney characters
