How did your wine turn out? I had the same problem. Let it set for 7 days. Nothing just restarted it today. Is that going to affect anything?
This batch turned out well and I very much enjoy it.
I know I've got a fermentation that won't start. I think it's a temperature issue, I've got a electric shawl wrapped around it hoping it starts.
Might be a temp thing, you could try adding another batch of yeast and priming it first with GoFerm.
