Although I appreciate someone making a car their own, I think a 72' should be a 72' and not try and make it look like a 71'. The billboard, the Hemi, the front quarters, shaker, all from 71'. It's like trying to make a 72' AAR, just doesn't look right. It's a great car, but not worth 90k
This tribute car is very well done. If you’re going for a ‘71 look then Curious Yellow is a great choice (only year it was available). If it didn’t have a 426 Hemi I’d say you’re too high, but that’s one heck of a selling point!
My kindergarten teacher had one back in 1972, Brown outside with black interior. I believe it had a 318, with a 727 automatic. When I graduated high school in 1986 I went back to the teacher and tried to buy it, but she refused. Her husband crashed and that was en end of it.
My sister's friend down the street had that same color combo, brown, black int. 318, I believe it was a 74' because of the bumper, he painted blue and dropped a 383 in it, such a cool car

They should have gone full resto on it and went with '71 grille and taillights

You are right, but you forgot the gill scoops on the fenders also
That looked like a fun drive! I always am amazed by cars that spin the tires on dry pavement like it's on ice!
Thats any 340,383,440 and Hemi Mopar..Even big C body Chrysler's will burn rubber from a 20 mph roll with the 440!
Super Cuda love the color combo grate ride Al fromAlberta Canada 🍁
Wrong 71 was last 426 hemi
If you have paid attention to what they said, you would have heard then say that it's not factory. They used parts from a 71 to build this car.
Pay attention to what they said in the video.
After 71, e bodies all came with small blocks.

the hemi was not available in 1972 so this is a 1971.

Beautiful car, but those early Cudas and Challengers were the most cheaply built cars ever made.
@@it1988a no. The Pintos and Vegas were the cheaply built ones.
