That's one awesome rainbow. I can't say I've ever seen both sides of a rainbow. Nice looking sea bass. I need some water time now. :)

Just found your channel yesterday, great show man, loved it.
How do the Dungeness crab get in the triangle? I could see rock crab in there but it’s baffling on the Dungeness. Are there culverts or sumpthin?

You know whats even wilder... We see seals in there and salmon even and big schools of perch and herring, all on the inside.... I think there must be some big caves in there somewhere...

What exactly are the laws surrounding that oyster farm triangle where you are crabbing? I’ve heard mixed feedback on crabbing/fishing/or kayaking in it.

Private water, you gotta permission from the workers to put in, but many do without. As long as your in a small boat , act accordingly, and clean up after yourselves, they'll be cool with you being there....

@@TheBite2020 Good to know. We thought about using the kayaks to avoid walking the rocks. Thank you for your input!

I worked out there for 10 years harvesting and doing maintenance. Typically we would never bother you as long as you don't block the path through the buoys. There's anchor lines as well that secure the lines to the bottom, so when you have a boat load of oysters you have limited mobility and only limited areas to get back to the beach. Stay away from the anchor lines and don't block the channels through to the beach and your golden! I've caught my share of blacks and lings out there over the years as well. Awsome videos and keep up the great work!
