Hello. On 2024 version , the frame seems to have small white spots based on canyon website. Are these spots White or silver as Canyon and CFR marking? Detail on the frame should be nice. Thanks.
Hi Richard, the spots are silver, or more exactly chrome plated. If they were bigger, it would be like a matte mirror, exactly the same colour as the "CANYON" letters. I wish I could send you a picture.

How is the Shimano power meter please? Canyon now seem to be moving to the Rotor cranks - is that due to Shimano power meter reliability? Thanks
Hi Phil. Sorry, but I haven't any experience with the Shimano power meter at all. I only know what DC Rainmaker explained about the old version of Shimano crank-based power meters. I do have experience with Power2Max NG Eco and Rotor Inspider power meters, and also with Rotor inpower and 2inpower power meters. P2M and Inspider are both excellent, stable, reliable and very similar between each other when comparing the output wattage. Inpower and 2inpower didn't work very well for me, nor for other's I know and train (I'm also a triathlon and cycling coach). I guess Shimano solved the issues they had with the older crank-based power meter, but as I told you before, I didn't have any yet.
