I agree with all these side effects of High Blood Pressure medications. I took it for 2 weeks and I was feeling sick, weak and my mind was not in order. I could not sleep well, I had itchy skin, tingling fingers and toes. It was weird. So I stopped taking it and took Krill oil for a few days but I think I'm allergic to it, so I also stopped it, now I'm taking magnesium before bed. My BP is doing fine, and I also follow a very strict healthy diet. I'm using celtic salt but very tiny because it's still salt that could raise blood pressure if it's too much. It's also important to avoid eating restaurant and fast food if possible because they put a lot of ingredients that aren't really good for us, and learn to read the labels when grocery shopping.

salt is not a big bp problem. sugar is the culprit. treating high blood pressure with mineralized salt is an excellent option. I practiced medicine for 37 years and it took a veterinarian to open my eyes. don't fall for big pharma lies.

    when
i was in the docs office back in my late 20s, doc took BP and it was fine, they took regular check ups after that and one day they said it was a bit elevated, probably only a couple of points. I believe that one incident triggered a cascade of anxiety related to BP and it's never been right since. When they first started taking it I didn't care and didn't really think much of BP so it wasn't a psychological problem, but I truly believe they made it one. Once you instill a belief into someone driven with fear as the driving agenda, especially a medical / health agenda, it's hard to get rid of it and it compounds.

He advised his family to give blood often based on his research. When you trust the premises established by big medicine such as “normal iron levels “ then they have you right where they want you . The cholesterol premise is another example. Please rethink your use of iron supplements.

It's mostly anxiety. Us personality types are too wound tight meaning we go go go giving everything 200% and it's hard to wind down. I have to lay down 15 to 30 mins to get mine to come down. Even the thought of taking my bp makes mine go up now
The best thing I've ever done to lower my bp is to drink 2 cups of hibiscus tea everyday. Many studies show it lowers bp as good as medications without the side effects.

Oxalates are toxins that the plants /vegetables/fruits & nuts produce in order to defend themselves. They can combine with calcium in the gut forming tiny very sharp pointed crystals that then can become lodged in tissues, organs & joints. These cause immense inflammation & pain & in some people kidney stones.

      1. Oxalic acid: What is it?
A naturally occurring tiny molecule that is a toxic, corrosive acid
When it has minerals attached to it, it is called Oxalate (OX). (chemically a salt)
(E.g. sodium oxalate, potassium oxalate, magnesium oxalate, calcium oxalate)
Oxalate likes to form crystals. Most kidney stones contain calcium oxalate.
      2. Where does oxalic acid come from?
Plants make it, possibly for mineral management, seed germination, or self-defense
You eat it, in many foods. It comes in many forms, both dissolved and as crystals, in a variety of shapes and sizes
Some foods have a lot of it, some have very little

Calcium oxalate crystals from kiwi. Konno (2014)
      Examples of High OX Foods:
beans, grains, bran, sesame and other seeds, peanuts, almonds, and other nuts, swiss chard, spinach, beets, potatoes, chocolate, rhubarb, figs, kiwi, blackberries, black pepper, cumin, turmeric.
      Examples of Low OX Foods:
meats, dairy, eggs, fats and oils, and other non-plant foods
arugula, avocado, Bok Choy, cabbage, cauliflower, cilantro, cucumber, garlic, kohlrabi, lettuce, mustard greens, mushrooms, green peas, watercress
Your body makes it. Oxalate is a metabolic waste product in mammals with no known function
      Higher amounts are made when:
      Deficient in B6, or
High doses of vitamin C are taken or injected
Some fungi make it, possibly for mineral management, especially in soil
Can be made by Aspergillus fungi living in the body
However, there is no scientific evidence that I have found that Candida produces oxalate in the body or that it contributes in any significant way to our body’s oxalate load
      3. How can oxalate harm you?
The body has no way to disarm oxalate and must excrete it. When cells are required to handle oxalate they are moving it or “managing” it, not metabolizing it. This is dangerous work for a cell.
It steals minerals from your diet and your body and makes them useless (it is an “anti-nutrient”)
Soluble forms of oxalate (sodium oxalate and potassium oxalate) can be picked up by other minerals like magnesium, calcium, iron, zinc, copper, etc. This locks up the mineral. Oxalate may also bind with toxic metals such as lead, mercury, aluminum, or cadmium.
Mineral deficiency causes growth, reproductive, and other problems
It is corrosive to the lining of the digestive system, may cause leaky gut or other GI diseases. Some OX crystals have a needle shape known to perforate mucus membrane cells.
Challenges the kidneys and can overwhelm their capacity to remove oxalates from the blood
Forms nanocrystals and microcrystals that can collect in the body and irritate tissues

Electron Microscope images of nano-sized (left) and micron-sized (right) calcium oxalate crystals. Sun (2015)
crystals can collect in any body tissue, even the plaque in your arteries
kidney stones usually contain oxalate crystals
Soluble forms of oxalate are absorbed from food and trigger inflammation, causing:
Membrane and mitochondria damage, and cell death (fatigue and energy issues)
Nerve cell damage, pain, and functional problems associated with the brain and nerves
      Dysfunction of cells, organs, glands
Depletion of the antioxidant glutathione in cells. Low levels of glutathione can generate superoxide radicals, increasing toxic stress causing early cell death. Glutathione is especially important in the liver for the detoxification of chemicals. It is also important in preserving brain health.
Cell communication problems (autoimmunity, hormonal issues, neurological issues). For example: Ox can confuse and stress the immune system, creating auto-immune symptoms.
Destroys connective tissue’s key building block (hyaluronic acid)
makes it much harder to fully recover from injury, even surgery
can weaken or destabilize joints, bones, skin (skin may be thin or easily damaged)
      can make you injury prone
May deplete the B-vitamins, B6 and biotin
Uses up vitamin B6, possibly initiating a vicious cycle. B6 deficiency increases internal production of oxalate, increases oxalate load, further depleting B6, and so on.
Can alter biotin metabolism, depleting biotin
Can lead to a wide range of problems, throughout the body
      Kidney damage
Damage to intestines, may contribute to the development of celiac disease and “leaky gut”
Breathing problems, mucus production, and congestion
Brain problems - sleep, mood, behavior, cognition, organizational ability, autism
      Urinary issues and genital pain
      Gum and tooth problems
      Bone and connective tissue instability
Contributes to aging, and can make you feel old prematurely
These problems don’t always cause obvious symptoms. Onset may include a generalized malaise, poor concentration, some sort of “-itis” (gastroenteritis, tendonitis), joint stiffness, swelling, muscle pain or weakness.

I was on the lowest does.. now I am to take 3 to up for the high 185 BP.. when I brought in something not okayed by the FDA she said it might have mercury in it! (Another scare tactic) Just wanted to state here. So far with K2 120/68 was great. but now it is going up again. ugh.

Ok I ordered the sea moss, I have noticed that the D3 is the usual, so-called used in rat poison. I researched that and it was addressed on you tube as yeah they use the D3 in the poison but it’s at a much higher dose . So would you address this please? I like your spin on it. I am not a Dr. and neither or you but still I wanna hear your spin.

Good video, great you said make sure you know what works for you. That said, make sure you get bloodwork for Lipoprotein a (LPa), liver enzymes and vitamin D3 levels. Why? High doses of tumeric may lead to fatty liver or worse and high levels of vitamin D3 is toxic. Your LPa is a form of cholesterol that is responsible for heart attacks and stroke more so than the traditional cholesterol numbers we focus on such as LDL etc. Bottom line, you need to know your levels before taking supplements that can do more harm than good. Look it up review the research. Finding the right balance for your body is important. For persistent HBP, look ar the new procedure called Renel Denervation thats lowering HBP for many. It's amazing what is being done.

Nathan, I notice that the brand of Sea Moss you show in the video is different from the one you linked to. Did you change your mind about using the QBBXFF brand (in the video)? If so, why? The Bontify brand you linked to has a lot fewer capsules for about the same amount of money, so ! hope they're superior in some way to the QBBXFF brand!

Take coconut oil for health, take hemp oil for sleep and anxiety, eat natural and whole, no sugar no starches or bad salts. Eat green especially broccoli steam all your green food no seasoning eat it bland. Bland foods make you heal also stops pain taste makes pain, or make you feel. Hospitals give you bland food and you heal, why? Because taste makes pain.😮
