I mean using woods isn’t really bad for the environment compared to other materials as most lumber companies around the world are legally required to plant enough trees to carbon offset any other they take down and those trees grow and eventually offset much more than just that one tree. The bad ones are the ones from Brazil and some other poorer countries that don’t have these laws and regulations. Though I think Brazil does now if I’m not mistaken. It's not even close to a 1 billion dollar yacht. Closer to 700-750 million. Nah the lithium ion batteries take lots of fossil fuels (and other harmful chemicals) to create for example a Tesla model 3 takes roughly 70,000 miles to offset the fossil fuels it took to create in comparison to a gas powered cars creation and gas consumption.
