I still feel strongly the prosecution did not fully investigate to find the true motive for Maggie's and Paul's murders, So many had reason to feel wronged by Alex Murdaugh and Mozelle had drug ties. Some news stories suggest Paul was a mini- Alex. Both seemed to draw followers to them. (That boat accident was just that, an accident. I don't believe any of those people wanted to kill. And all apparently got in that boat, more than once, knowing Paul and others were drunk and THAT BOAT had no lights! They were all irresponsible.) I have watched every day and feel there are holes. Big holes when it comes to Maggie and Paul dying the way they did. I haven't heard where the prosecution has tied Alex to their murders. After John Marvin's testimony, I have questions about the family's phones, specifically Maggie's phone. John Marvin testified Maggie's phone's location moved just as authorities finally began to go get it, didn't he? And he said they were leaving the property via the back road by the kennels initially to get the phone right? He said the location dot jumped! This would have been the night of the murders - or sometime after midnight maybe? After police were on site! Why would Maggie's phone's location have moved? It has been said that authorities did not properly collect the phone(s) and GPS data was lost. Does the app collect data on its own? Or share it in real time with a partner, like Google? Did anyone on either side bother to ask the developer or owner of the app or real cyber expert? Can someone explain the app and what John Marvin was seeing? Does it allow folks to only see information in real time or is there a history created? If Maggie had many of her contacts included in this app, did the friends/contacts have Maggie on their app? He’s going to prison regardless if convicted of murder (which I believe he did it) because of the many clients he ripped off during his lawyer days. Why wouldn't you as an adult be equally as culpable to get into any mode of transportation, knowing one of you was drunk at the wheel? It's called personal responsibility and every one of them chose to make their own poor decisions, let alone they'd already nearly collided w/the Woods Spring Bridge (on the boat) earlier in the night on their way to go bar hopping before they all re-boarded the boat w/the drunk at the wheel which then did crash?
if the shots were fired from the outside the shotgun shells would be on the opposite side of the door Because of where the shotgun shells were laying the shots came from inside the shed shooting out that's why Paul's body is outside the shed.common sence
After what I heard today I retract my negative opinion from before. I’ll say this, if he didn’t do it, then there’s a HUGE Problems there.!. It sounds like an internal affair commingled with potentially some sort of drug syndicate.? If a predominant Lawyer is in the mix & there a gigantic sum of funds missing, then wtf.? I’m uninformed on the specifics. Just dastardly…
Can anyone tell me where was Maggie shot ? Was she shot in the back running away ? What part of the body was she shot ? My most important question is was she shot in the back or from behind running away ?
@@garylee12345 It’s been determined not from behind. I thought that he’d shot at her running away….and hit her in thigh. And the way she was facing…away….would explain the path of the second bullet. If she were running towards her son that bullet wouldn’t have taken that path. Who knows?
Is it normal for the family to clean up? Seems like JM and PawPaw were the "black sheep's" as they both didn't follow the legal field. So I'm sure they had a strong bond
So why are the deaths of Maggie and Paul not as tragic as the Idaho 4? Because it is all about a man of privilege getting off. Apparently, media defense lawyers just cannot bear to think he is capable. We the audience are not so silly,
Eh, I used to work a food stand at Disneyland and if someone came up and asked me politely I would refill their cup for them at no charge. Now, if they came up with a bad attitude complaining to me about how expensive the drinks were to start with and that they should automatically be entitled to free refills then they were on their own. I had one super entitled woman have an absolute meltdown because I ignored her repeated demands that I refill her diet coke - security actually had to intervene and calmly explain to her how back in nineteen ninety eight the undertaker threw mankind off hell in a cell and plummeted sixteen feet through an announcer's table.
You should not have planted that seed of that girl on the boat. Didn'tlike that. No one handcuffed her there, she voluntarily went out on a joyride with the rest of them. That is what was expected; fun. No guilt there. As for mom's feelings in said timing: GOD, let me go w/'im. You've sounded swiped to prosecution side since the beginning, imo. Just don't like it.

This was a dysfunctional family who ALWAYS had a way out, his lawyers/ co-workers covered up for him.
Why wouldn't you as an adult be equally as culpable to get into any mode of transportation, knowing one of you was drunk at the wheel? It's called personal responsibility and every one of them chose to make their own poor decisions, let alone they'd already nearly collided w/the Woods Spring Bridge (on the boat) earlier in the night on their way to go bar hopping before they all re-boarded the boat w/the drunk at the wheel which then did crash?
if the shots were fired from the outside the shotgun shells would be on the opposite side of the door
Because of where the shotgun shells were laying the shots came from inside the shed shooting out that's why Paul's body is outside the shed.common sence
Alec getting all the sympathy
It's actually disgusting playing the victim.
She was shot in the leg first. Then abdomen. Then a closer shot to the head.
@@patriciafoster3347 but was it from behind ?
Thanks for responding
@@garylee12345 seems it was not from behind. I thin Maggie was determined to get to her son. Regardless.
@@garylee12345 It’s been determined not from behind. I thought that he’d shot at her running away….and hit her in thigh. And the way she was facing…away….would explain the path of the second bullet. If she were running towards her son that bullet wouldn’t have taken that path. Who knows?
As soon as went in shed Paul would of realized weres my gun that's why he was first quick
Left ready there
Is court tv getting a cheque …Vinnie I love you but c’mon man
You choose to do it but why why
Alac too hear it oh but there
Is it normal for the family to clean up? Seems like JM and PawPaw were the "black sheep's" as they both didn't follow the legal field. So I'm sure they had a strong bond
WALK IN THEIR SHOES FOR ONE DAY..
Now those are real tears mourning the deaths unlike Murderaugh who uses his allergies (runny nose) to fake his crying.
Have you seen tge tic toc video about the shooting
So why are the deaths of Maggie and Paul not as tragic as the Idaho 4? Because it is all about a man of privilege getting off. Apparently, media defense lawyers just cannot bear to think he is capable. We the audience are not so silly,

It’s genuine they believe he did it but are supporting him anyway. Nice uncle eh ?
Your have not heard the real story, people lie for one another.
Another faker.
