Excellent show!! Does tofu count for beans?
You’re having a good day when the smoothie you are finishing contains all three of the heart health ingredients mentioned on the podcast! Silken tofu (beans), purple kale (purple, but greens), strawberries, also some peaches, pineapple and mango, oats, turmeric and ginger spices, and chia seeds, and water! 💪🏽
Thankful that the host and the guest jumped right into what the heart foods are instead of taking you around the world and back before listing them. Again, thanks! Continue in this way! ❤️
Tofu is processed.
two facts yu may not know - All soybeans - are said to be altered and bad for you - and strawberries are the most chemical laden fruit there is - and Dark leafy greens are the better if you use them all - and I eat real raw ginger soaked in high juniper berry gin on ginger cookies - somedays more than others - I like one brand of ginger cookies over all the rest - the one with the least chemicals in em - with all nut butter- not just from peanuts - on them also - yum yum - the word must have berry in it for the goodness to be in them - blackberries & blueberries and raspberry - are the ticket - berry is the key - and remember - water out of plastic is cancerous - and what the cities have for the public - is also cancerous - Fact ! - and yea - I hated the facts when I first heard em -
Add dates to your fruit list
@@user-du7pe6pm7d “said to be”? Got sources, preferably credible ones??

Great to hear from you doc. You’re doing a great job, especially with getting the information about WFPB diet out to patients. Dr Williams quote “I don’t mind dying, I just don’t want it to be my fault.” 😂 I’m a big fan of him too. Thanks for the video Chuck and Dr Lome.
Thanks doc for your great info love it
I think the golden Berry is actually a gooseberry. A kiwifruit is a gooseberry too and I'm sure on the list
I just subscribed but my doctor said that diabetics should not be eating beans because it is not part of a low carb diet. So what should a diabetic 2 person eat for heart health please? I love beans in general. I love to cook them from the dry goods bags from the farms.
Saw that on the news at work, told everyone he was one of my vegan Doctors I follow.
Thank you , watching from South Africa.
Thanks for another great show!
Thank you to you Chuck💙This is your success. So happy to meet you. Doctors and the Subjects are perfect with uour help. Beans are magic which realized after having Divierculities, saved my life. Some beans are artificial and colorful so try to avoid or choose GMP companies. Also, I like to know which Rice Noodles are friendly for our gut to learn also my second help to my intestines is eating rice noodles. They cover the diverticulitis I read in an article because of their starch content.
Thsnks Chuck hope you bring up this issue one day.
Thanks to your valuable Doctors.
Great show, Love from London.
Also, share with friends, and especially my son is happy to follow you.
He is busy but make sure he didn't miss you🙏💙🙏💙
