It's very fair to share your road. How many CDR / Resource cost reduction and crit chance do you need for this build to function?
The CDR limit is when you can Perma Dash :)Resource cost reduction is when you get more than you spend, my Surge costs 14 essence (7 once Starlight is active) and i have 9 essence per second.For the crit chance i have 100%
