I remember watching that video where he won the North American championships a while ago. And to see that after 20 years, the blader's spirit still hasn't left him.
Man i remember hearing about the championships that took place as a kid unfortunately like most kids in the early 2000s my parents wasn't flying me out to compete but if i would have , it would have been a childhood dream come true. Congrats to Noland for winning and still having his collection after all these years.
It's unlikely that we'll ever see the original series make a comeback, as much as it pains me to say that. I don't think younger generations are that familiar with Tyson and the Bladebreakers as they are with Ash Ketchum and Yugi Muto.
19 y/o rediscovering beyblade here and I can definitely say a lot of my generation was into beyblade but more the metal fight saga. I didn't know Tyson and the Bladebreakers but I damn well remembered Gingka Hagane and the legendary bladers. (I'm sure one day I'll be in the same position though with Burst and X releasing lol)

If anybody is wondering which parts he uses and what their original names are. He uses wing cross (mold 1) 10 heavy and metal ball base with two metal balls and wing cross (mold 2) 10 heavy neo right spin shells metal core sg metal flat base

Words don't do it justice just how many kids i remember wanting to be a beyblade champion. It was SO COOL! How long did this championship run for? Just so cool, you Nolan are an icon.
The vertical rip cord is actually insane tech, you probably get a way better angle when pulling. That collection is wild btw
Love how you can tell when someone started with the original generation based off the abbreviation they use for beyblade. People who started with the original stuff call them Blades while everyone afterwards use Beys just funny to think about.

Unbeatable then he laughs I love it. Those looked like 10 heavy disks. Can somebody tell me if the takara metal driger was available during this tournament in 2004? I know they allowed parts from both takara and hasbro in that tournament.

You know something he asked me what would happen and an experienced Takahashi Ryou the second Beyblade champion facing Noland the first Beyblade champion would be something that I would have liked to see because they both won their championships although it should be in a different system for Noland to both Takahashi Ryou had no advantage over the other
or at least he is the second champion that we have information about him and his competition where the tournament was
