As a hong konger, I can confirm that beyblades aren't rlly common after DB anime finished airing in stores. So it isn't weird that there isn't much beyblades. Only chain stores have it now
I live in America and I've never seen anything like this before and it's really cool to see, but it kind of makes me sad. The only way to get takara tomy beyblades is online and all those deals in the store were ridiculously low priced for me
Good store overall, but definitely not a beyblade store. The "super vintage stuff" actually came out in the 90s when I was a kid. And some dating much further like the 70s (Star Wars). Glad you (somewhat) enjoyed it! 😅
While the first shop was disappointing to Brandon, it's heaven in my eyes cuz Im a tokusatsu geek (Ultraman, Kamen Rider, Super Sentai) 11:11 This is where they recorded the battle roof chase in Age of Extinction
Wow, that store looks really grey and depressing! 😅 The coffee shop, transformers setting, and view over the bridge were more fun than that store... 😂🤣😐
Speaking of that transformers movie it was also had a part filmed down the road from me in Michigan even though that part of the movie takes place in Texas.
In 2012 I remember going to this toy store in Sheung Shui and they had Dragoon G with Gaia dragoon MS sellotaped to the side of it for 30HKD (4 USD ish) and Dranzer G with Driger MS sellotaped to it for the same price, thought they would make great presents for my younger cousins as I wasn’t back into beyblade then and how I regret gifting them it seeing how much they’re worth these days 😂
Disappointed with the Bey selection but the shop is super cool and the Transformers stuff looks really cool and i see some Gundams aswell. I would end up getting those and some retro games depending on the price.

Ice cream. I can't believe how cheap beyblade products in other countries here in the Philippines for example that random layer vol 1 that you just hold is 1 dollars but here in Philippines is like 6 dollars
I hope that i can battle with them also in Thailand there was Beyblade tournaments every Saturday and Sunday I remember when I was kids I really want to met you guy and Battle you guy but it too far for me to go
