@@Disciple793 I was highly concerned when Cliff said "all those who heard the Gospel" and didn't follow would go to hell, as if the ones who had not heard would somehow not also go there if they were not covered by the blood of Jesus.
This video brings me to tears. I am a wicked man, but I am forever grateful to Jesus for His mercy in forgiving me and accepting me as a wretched man. The devil is alive and will devour anyone. Praying for everyone in this video to accept Jesus one day.

And I'm weary of the argument that men, who also have a vested interest in those unborn babies, have no say in abortion just because they don't have to carry the child. _This is ridiculous!_ *Forty weeks is a blip compared to a lifetime!* I say this as a mother of two biological children, but who has also adopted twice. However if you want to understand why some of these people say it, so that you may be able to bring them to your side:
From her perspective only she has authority over her body, she owns her body and that includes authority over a baby inside her body. So telling her she must carry the baby is in her mind (subconsciously or not) saying you have ownership or authority over her.
She doesn't see it as you trying to save a life, rather that you are imposing authority over her body.

I watched some of that Logan Paul video, and the whole time I was thinking it doesn't matter what Cliff says, Logan is not going to be "convinced" because ultimately it is his love of sin. Ray you have changed my life and brought some much clarity to me that the gospel and God's word is sufficient.
For me... I require more data that is, sadly, no longer on Earth.
Faith is nigh on impossible to gain from me. So not even YHWH gains a fraction of my Faith anymore but YHWH is the only one to have once gained my Faith as an outsider to this entire iteration of Existence.
I know the history of all religions. The Bible, although enlightening, has no weight on me.

So you seem to think you're a good person. Have you ever lied(Exodus 20:16)? looked at someone with lust(Exodus 20:14/Matthew 5:28)? used God's name in vain(Exodus 20:7)? These are just 3 of the commandments (Exodus 20), we ALL fall short (Romans 3:23) & rebel the God who created the universe (Genesis 1:1/John 3:19). We die bc of the wages of our sin, physically (Romans 6:23) & eternally (Hebrews 9:27). If God judges you by His standard when you die, where will you go?
But the good news is Christ Jesus (John 1:1), Son of God in the Triune Godhead (Matthew 28:19) was born of a virgin by the Holy Spirit (God, see Matthew 28:19, 1:18 & Luke 1:35) to die for our sins (John 3:16/Romans 5:8/Romans 6:23b), taking the punishment we deserve on Himself freely(2 Corinthians 5:21). If you repent of your sins (turning away, not just saying sorry & playing the hypocrite going back to it) & trust in Jesus for our right standing with God (Mark 1:15), we are justified in God's sight, absolved of our sins (Isaiah 1:18), a new creation (2 Corinthians 5:17). God says whoever calls on the name of the Lord shall be saved (Romans 10:13).
All other religions are works based, but Jesus said "I am THE way, THE truth & THE life, NO ONE comes to the Father EXCEPT through Me" (John 14:6), no other religion has claimed that, please consider His unique, free offer of eternal life & a clean slate (Psalm 103:12/Hebrews 8:12), transformed by the Holy Spirit (Romans 12:2).
I don’t agree. I think the main issue was that he just doesn’t get what sins are and that he has to pay for them. As Ray explained in the video. I gave my life to Jesus in 2022. Before I was an atheist and didn’t know anything about ANY religion. I understand Logan. To him it makes no 'sense' to choose Christianity, like why this specific one? And no one explained to him the exact difference and speciality of Jesus Christ. So I believe he probably thinks Christians are arrogant and still doesn’t know why Christianity bc he doesn’t understand sin and what’s it’s leading to eventually. He’s thinking in the "but if someone is good (not murdering or robbing a bank - little white lies would never cross his mind of being also bad), why would they go to hell?" - mindset. This is how atheists think. Just do good. And no one, as far as I can remember, explained to him what sin truly was and that you either have to pay for it yourself (in all other religions) or accept the gift (Christianity), and then when you do, good works follow. I don’t believe he sits at home thinking, ah I just love doing my thing and don’t wanna change - he just don’t getting it! I believe this is the true reason. As he said, Christianity for him sounds intolerant (which I understand when you don’t know what it’s actually about). Hope that was understandable 😅☀️
Right. The God question is never answered for any individual by their intellect, it is our heart which does so. A truly objective-minded person can be influenced by a very persuasive case full of strong evidence and truth. But the problem is that when it comes to God, none fit this objective description enough to make a significant difference. Apologetics, testimony, and witnessing are all effective only so much as the Holy Spirit uses those words to pull upon a person's heart.

Ray would have given LP the straight biblical answer to their questions. I love Cliffe and Stuart and love what they do. But they danced around a few of Logan’s questions for fear that he might reject Christianity even more, imho.

@@Disciple793 LP asked specifically about what would send a person to hell. Cliffe and Stuart both never told them that unrepentant sin and not following Christ the way scripture tells us to would send a person to hell.
I think the Knechtle’s have a powerful ministry based on the existence, life, death and evidence of the resurrection of Christ. But they both seem to not want to be direct about sin and hell.
JP also wanted clarity on same sex unions and what would happen if they didn’t repent and follow Christ. Again, they both danced around his questions and didn’t give biblical answers as to what God says about sin and the its consequences.

Yes and no... Otherwise. If good works were for salvation, then the people on the cross wouldn't be with Jesus. And they had no realistic way to repent by doing Good Works.
Even Jesus talked about that when he said, "Leave. I knew not of you...", to those who casted out demons in YHWH's name.
I watched the entire episode. Cliffe didn't dance around any of the questions. Cliffe is an apologist. He gives evidence for Christianity and leaves it up to the individual to make up their own mind. Its more passive than Ray Comfort but there is a need for his ministry and God receives glory for what Ray is doing as well as what Cliffe is doing.
I went out Witnessing on Saturday and met Andrew, a young man who was very similar to this lady, he became defensive and shut down as things got personal. He's very ill, and the world and its agents that swirled around him would not let him take any literature at all.
I was there a long time, I'm praying he received what I told him, I'm grateful for this training.
My heart is heavy when I think of this young man, he's ill, has no hope and refusing the life that's offered.
Honestly God bless you for going out in the field. Far better than I'm doing. I'm legit praying for Andrew, wherever he is

His heart is probably full of pain, trauma and abuse. Ray Comfort is speaking the truth, but I think he misses sometimes that we need love and care and answers to "why did they do this to me? It's so unfair, how can God even love me?" in addition to the understanding that we are sinners too. Ray focuses so much on our condemnation because of every sin we've ever committed, sometimes people need loving care and to know that God loves them so they can see that they too are sinners and need salvation. We need to remember God is our healer, by his stripes we are HEALED (our eternal life, redemption, salvation)

Ray has an effective advantage in having a camera, crew, and Lorie's knowledge the video is going up on youtube. I can't count the number of times I've seen videos he does in which someone is giving him that anti-God twitch I sometimes see, but hang in there and be a good sport as to not look bad for the camera. A scientist who flat out rejected a free book on the scientific proof of the Bible would have walked away from any other Christian without a camera within 20 seconds...

Hi Ray, glad for this video and a lot of others. Your quick wit is a gift. A lot of the times, I just think in my head, "fine, go your merry way and find out for yourself" but you care for people even more. Glad you addressed the apologetic people. They always seemed to lack something but you were able to articulate the feeling much better.
Ray, it opened my eyes (and heart) a little wider when you said “Why would we need Jesus’ death on the cross if we think we’re good?” It’s a great line to use in witnessing. Please do a video sometime on a lot of simple one-liners Christians can use for witnessing… like “how can we prove that Jesus actually rose from the dead?”
I don't have a one liner response for the proof of Jesus' resurrection, but I like to point to 1 Corinthians 15, where Paul says that our risen Christ was seen by Peter, then the apostles and then by over 500 people at once, many of whom were still alive when Paul wrote the epistle. That's incredibly strong evidence, especially given the fact that if Paul were lying, there would potentially be hundreds of people alive to refute it, but no one did.

Yeah, but the balance to that is go into all the world and preach the Gospel. Just my opinion here, but the distinction I make concerning this is that the "swine" are those who, in being witnessed to, display contempt for God, mockery, etc. For a person like this it is just a waste of time to continue to try to persuade with wisdom, "pearls", move on. But for someone willing to actually listen, though they may object to all you say at the moment, you can tell your words are at least being received. For a person like this, the Holy Spirit can continue to water those planted seeds, and continue to draw him/her to God.

Very important distinction you brought up Ray. Apologetics doesn't bring awareness of the need for a savior. Apologetics is useful once the sinner has come to a saving knowledge of Jesus Christ.
I've watched many of Cliffs videos, stopped a few years ago because I was frustrated with them missing the opportunity to use the law when someone said they were a good person, hopefully they will watch this video and learn

The Old Testament God was never like the Modern Bible. The idea that all humans are sinners from the start is not what YHWH has shown to be true.
YHWH knew people will sin but he never prosecuted people as if Sin was innate. For Lucifer was Good. Did YHWH prosecute all of his angels because he knew some will rebel?... No.
The New Testament of YHWH is questionable. Given the historical reason as to why it was designed without the full readiness of Early Christians.

Logan is just one of those people satan props up with success and they (and everyone who watches them) think it's about the individual. When they're just cashing in on generational blessings and very privileged etc. You can be pumped up with generational blessings and live a humble life, appearing to be like everyone else, but if satan finds a kink in your armor - you'll become a millionaire and an unwitting accomplice. Sure you gained $800,000 but satan gains $200,000 off every person he does that to; it may only be fraction, but there's a vast number of people he does it to. satan loves selling counterfeits. These people will also find their wealth dissappear when they want to do anything meaningful with it.

He portrays Jesus as this "genius" but deceptive "marketer". He makes Him sound like a professional wrestler!
Every argument he had was easily countered with apologetics. But the intellect isn't what converts lost souls ... it's the conscience. Without seeing how serious sin is to God, who is holy and righteous, and understanding its horrible consequence, eternity in hell, they'll _never_ see the need to repent and seek God's forgiveness. In their eyes, they're not sick ... why would they need a cure?

Biblical Hell is Annihilation... Your body and soul is simply extinguished from existence. For even Demons and Satan fear it.

So while the faith only God can give and a change of heart (repentance) are essential to convert sincerely, the intellectual can definitely play a part in it.

@@briggy4359 Paul would alter his strategy for evangelism based on his audience and what method to which they would be most receptive. Some people may need to come to an intellectual understanding of God before they are willing to accept His commandments. Others are more receptive to the method of pointing out sin first.

And if He administers justice, we will all stand guilty. But He has also perfectly blended that with His perfect love and gave us a doorway out through the blood of Christ. We don’t help people by just using “head knowledge” when talking about Jesus. Often it just ends up in a battle of “wills” until someone backs down and stops the debate.
Sharing Jesus Must first begin with a person recognizing that they are a sinner. A person will Never repent and seek Jesus until they recognize they need saving from our Lord and Saviour Jesus.

Apologetics and the Law are both needed!!! If you teach apologetically with no order, you have intellectualism and philosophy. If you teach the law with no reason/intelligence, then you have blind faith and religion. And if you are a law-abiding apologetic with no love, you are a whited sepulcher. Our faith is about loving The Truth, not following the religion called Christianity.

I can't help but to think each woman (and, even worse, man) making this embarrassingly obviously wrong defense HAS TO KNOW this. She also has to know that most laws tell us all what we can and cannot do with our bodies. Also irrefutable is that "her choice" for what to do with her body was to keep her clothes on, and tell him NO, if her choice is to not have a baby. I know I'm just preaching to the choir here, but thanks for giving me a minute to vent!

I watched most of this podcast with cliffe and cliffe really dropped the ball on presenting the gospel to logan and the other guy. The true gospel. I could have missed it so forgive me if im wrong
I do not believe they did a bad job. Just as pharoh harden his heart, so can Logan. So do a lot of us to the saving grace of our Lord Jesus Christ.
For years, I thought apologetics was the way to win souls for the Lord. Today, I am in full agreement with Ray: the _conscience_ is the Biblical and effective way. Ray spells this out so clearly here, and in almost all of these videos. The intellect will never "see" its need to be saved; the conscience will, even if pride wants to fight against it. I believe that many prideful people who Ray has spoken with may have later been born again thanks in part to the genuine seeds sowed during their conversation.
I think if we were all doing our part no matter how Big or Small, nobody would be guilty of dropping the ball 🙏🏽. I say that because I often think the same thing about myself when I don’t say things correctly etc. we just need to be doing something for the kingdom of God as opposed to nothing. 🤔 Help Us Lord Jesus To Be useful to You in every way possible please 🙏🏽 🙏🏽🙏🏽

My husband and I discussed how Logan Paul wanted to do this for vanity, prideful reasons, and really to gain a new bigger audience (just amongst our conversation, idk this for certain). It’s so wonderful how even in mockery and enmity with God, his creation continues to glorify him. Gods way is the ultimate say and because of Logan Paul-many people have had their own questions answered and Lord willing, will be called to hear the word of God and turn around and tell the world about it. I think all approaches have their place. Apologetics is necessary for deep thinkers, people that often have discussions with agnostics, people that want rational reasons behind their faith, such as myself. But ultimately you must go beyond that for salvation and discipleship. That's where preachers come in. A great perspectiveas ever, thanks Ray

I saw someone be converted and be completely transformed (not just inside but outside too) who previously had scared nearly everyone.
Except for regenerate Christians (the only kind: John 1:12-13, Romans 8:9).
Regenerate Christians have the Holy Spirit indwelling and therefore are not afraid of ANYONE.
We LOVE and love is part of the fruit of the Holy Spirit (Galatians 5:22-24).
Loving people (Agape love) is seeing people as God sees them. He sees who He made them to be. He doesn't see how Satan has corrupted them (as he corrupted ALL of us Christians before we were born again/born of the Spirit which Jesus says we "must" be in John chapter 3).

Now, if you don't want to answer [or they don't accept answers] with the Bible, then what's the point of talking about God's moral law? To answer about GOD you have to respond with the BIBLE.
I think Ray meant that they won’t accept any answer because it’s not logic that keeps us from believing, it’s sin. So since our hearts are against God, unless He reveals himself to us and we see our sin and our need for Him, then we won’t listen to reason.

I love that first clip of a scientist rejecting based on your own understanding. Science assumes you do not know, but can only observe and test. The outcome has nothing to do with you're feelings or stance on various subjects.
I watched one of Cliffe’s vids which led me to read the Bible for the first time for years. I then realized my sin and my need for Christ in the gospels. The Lord saved me. I love Cliffe and them for the work they do but I quickly realized it wasn’t all the great answers that saved me but my knowledge of sin and Christ dying for me that did. All are blind and none can see. Only through the Gospel will their eyes be opened.

Also, Joe Rogan has been coming ever closer to understanding the gospel. He has had SO MANY guests that have been talking about Jesus, the end times, and satanism vs Jesus, etc... Please consider doing the same with him! The Joe Rogan platform would allow so many millions to hear the gospel. And you would be perfect to bring clarity, and say what exactly needs to be said. There are so many rabbit trails these conversations go down.....but I KNOW you would share what REALLY needs to be said.
