I would have shared a few scriptures and shook the dust from my feet and moved on. She's trying to justify things that are wrong and clearly leaning to her own understanding. People who are a god in their own eyes are not receptive to things that are spiritually discerned. I don't waste my time trying to convince them. I'll plant or water.....pray for them and keep it moving. The harvest is plenty but the laborers are few. Keep the good work!!

So she has twisted the word of God so she is never wrong. In her mind she is God. Idolatry is always putting anything above God, in this case she puts herself and her opinion above. He didn’t judge her, he pointed out her idolatry which in her narcissistic mind is judging her. She said she doesn’t believe Jesus Christ is God, she said that not him. She won’t have a new her without Jesus because she doesn’t possess the power to make herself righteous.

Free food cards were important enough to interrupt the “phone call from God “… remember, she walked away because she had to take that call…yet was able to come back, with the phone call on hold to get the free food cards.

The way she kept quoting scripture but it was twisted to fit her own beliefs reminded me so much of when Jesus was being tempted in the desert and Satan kept trying to use scripture and twist it. Jesus fought back by using the Word but in correct context. Ray you did great being persisent giving her scripture and not giving up.

Wow, i have never seen anyone justify their every sin like she has done.
We as Christians , sometimes try to justify our sins. I know the conviction of the Holy Spirit in my own life for hypocrisy. Thank God for Ist John 1.9, If we confess our sins , He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and purify us of all unrighteousness. Not many of us like to be proven wrong. Our pride can get in the way of thinking without prejudice. I am sure that she would be thinking seriously about what she heard when alone. Prayers for her salvation.

If you had read and knew what he goes on to say in chapters 2, 3 and 5, you would know that.
(Otherwise what he says in chapter 3 especially contradicts 1:9 but nothing in God's Word is contradictory.
It's just a shame that people don't read 1st, 2nd and 3rd John and instead just quote clichéd verses that suit their agenda 😢).

There is NO WAY that lady was coming up with those crazy responses on her own without demonic influence (Pride, Anti-Christ spirits, Hatred toward her mother, Unforgiveness, Unrepentance, etc.) Also, looks like the devil can also make a cell phone ring right when the key part of the gospel is being presented. Regardless, Ray definitely stayed the course, in an amazing way, by God's Grace! There is definitely still hope for this lady and pray God's Will be done and that the seeds that were sown will NOT return void and it is NOT God's will that any would perish but ALL come to repentance! Ray right now is on the point in the video that I was going to mention but, he is currently right now. Scripture has to be in the right and correct context. She has twisted everything to justify herself and her sin. Saying you cant judge is only one example. There is ZERO scripture that says that, it says judge righteously and not be a hypocrite because you will judged the same way in the same manner, as we all are. We are to use discernment and only way to do that is to judge. We are to test (judge) spirits, people, ourselves etc all the time.

Thank you so much for that example!! You just stuck to the gospel even when she brought up her mixed up ideas. I had a sort of similar conversation once with an older man and honestly I didn't know what to say to him. This is very helpful to show how to respond to those situations!
Sadly i live in a city , that is not a God fearing place most people i know are bound by the spirit of anti christ , having there own version of God and very headstrong people.

Everyone will be judged exactly with the same measure, that's the LORD's perfect judgement! Either JESUS makes you a new creation, created after GOD in righteousness: a person with a new heart and new spirit, being led in paths of righteousness all for HIS Namesake - ALL by HIS mighty HOLY SPIRIT indwelling only believers; OR HE doesn't and you're left with/in your own righteousness which is as filthy rags.

Tiff couldn’t hear the gospel… Because it is an offense to her. This is consistent with the Pharisees of scripture. They followed after their own religious ideologies based on the traditions of the elders… Doctrines of men and of demons. They were offended that anyone should think of them as the sinners that they were.
When people will disregard their own sin and even justify it and then act like that doesn’t make them guilty of that sin… They’ve acted in the same ways that the Pharisees did in Scripture, and they would lash back in railing accusation and judgment and hypocrisy. They were cutting down Christ to make themselves feel taller.
Yet it was God who deafened their ears with ignorance that they would not hear the good news of the gospel, and blinded their eyes so could not see their own sinful depravity whereby they might humble themselves and cry out for the Savior.
Just like Tiff, they assumed and believed that they were good and in right moral standing with God apart from Christ. Sinners will justify anything when running away from God. That same phone call that she was supposedly “praying for “could’ve been dealt with later. There is such a thing as voicemail.
She wasn’t promised tomorrow and who knows… God could’ve given her that last opportunity to hear the gospel and she turned away from it. This is the way of the wicked. She needed to understand that she is not a good person. And if by some chance, Tiff, you might be reading this, I would urge you to repent, from being distracted by the things of this world, and repent from your self righteousness which is an offense to God. You’re not a child of God but you’re a child of Satan, as evidenced by your rejection of Christ.

I actually really appreciate this video. I was recently attempting to share the gospel with someone who professed to be a Christian but had some very strange beliefs and kept rambling on about some of the most crazy random things I’ve ever heard. Unfortunately I was so confused and didn’t know what to do. It went very poorly. It’s so helpful to see how you were able to basically ignore all that and just continue to share the gospel.
this lady created a god in her own image, who thinks like her and agrees with her in everything, it is not the one true God who revealed Himself in His Word. Hope she repents. May God have mercy on her. The timing of that phone call...wow!

Regarding "What would you have said in this situation?": I'm not sure, since in conversations stress gets high, but something that came to mind watching this was:
"No, any judgment that was headed my way was handled at the cross."
That's why I'd be trying to witness: to point people to Christ to be saved from judgment.

If a bank robber says "You're condemning me for robbing the bank!" if I'm trying to get him to recognize the importance of accepting the pardon that's being offered, he'd be - to be blunt - wrong. He's already condemned by the law, and if he ignores the pardon he'll pay the fine.
Not only am I in no position to condemn him, there's no further need for it since he is condemned already: he needs to realize that.

But further also is the importance of that point you mentioned, of the context in which Jesus was speaking regarding 'judge not' - that very same passage has Jesus stating to clean out your eye *SO THAT* you *can* clean out the mote that's in your brother's eye.

Ive been lost for many years,I'm slowly getting back on track. I like how Ray goes into detail , explaining the verses etc. I usually stay away from content that has a certain approach. I find myself drawn to these videos and how Ray delivers info. With this approach,I bet many lost people just might find their way back 😊 now I'm not in church yet,but then ball is rolling.

When we go out tho the streets to evangelize we pray that when we will send Gods Word out so that it will not return on to Him void and that it will accomplish the purpose that it was intended to do. And it always does. Sometimes it leads to repentance onto salvation and sometimes it will come before the hearer on judgement day so they can never say they did not hear or know the way of salvation. Our responsibility is to send forth the word of God with boldness and clarity, so we are obedient to give the Word of God to a lost and dying world.

Letting people know what their personal sins are isn't judging them it's letting them see and also realize they made mistakes and need to turn from their sins and repent and trust in Christ

Did Christ ever single out someone on the street and accuse them? No, never. Nor did he tell anyone to. People came to him, or he taught the multitudes, and he instructed others to teach to the multitudes, not single out people and harass them. Comfort does this for sound bytes and content.
