like in my family its just me and my mom and i don't feel uncomfortable seeing her naked or changing and my friend's mom has her son to help her put clothes on and stuff bc she has really bad arthritis in her legs and hands so she can't move around too good ( we're both 16)
and yes ik every family is different on privacy and things like that but im just saying don't be grossed out bc her daughter is seeing her naked or cleaning her or maybe her sons her clean her body too, you never know what goes on behind closed doors. and try to imagine this being your parent or guardian in this situation or worse and ppl talked about how "indencent" it was for you doing certain things to help them out for serious reasons.

Unfortunately it’s often the case with children of people with illnesses or disabilities. I grew up with a mother who is a brittle diabetic, I can remember countless school nights where my dad had to go on a business trip even though he didn’t want to go and she’d get very low and I’d have to be up with her all night making sure her blood sugars weren’t to a point where she needed a hospital and was eating candy to bring it back up to a normal range. I’m not angry or blaming my mother, I’ll do it every night in a heartbeat but it’s a lot of work and for as long as I can remember ive been looking out for her even when I couldn’t fully look out for myself

I can't even give her that because at her size she could eat 3 fast food meals a day and lose weight.
It wouldn't cost more to eat a normal amount of healthy food than to eat a ton of crap, she must be eating a lot to keep that weight up
And even if she buys unhealthy food, she could still loose the weight if she watches how many calories she consumes
what a bullshit with her finances, she could do without more than half of her candy and still have enough. The problem is that she just buys garbage and wonders why there is nothing left for healthy food. She has enough sweets for 20 children at home

If she is struggling to buy food then she would inevitably lose weight, regardless of whether the food she is eating is healthy or not. Obesity is the result of eating excessively not necessarily from eating processed foods. If her finances are limiting the amount of food she can consume then she would inevitably be in a calorie deficit.
