- This Squat stabilizing workout video will help you to build the strength, mobility, and stability you need for pistol squats.
Exercises will include:
- Combat Stretch Pulse
- Deep Squat (options to progress)
- Single Leg Squat (assisted if needed)
- Elevated Achilles Stretch with Active Mobility
- Standing Leg Lifts (front)
- Single Leg Deadlifts (with weight if needed)
- Shrimp Squats
You’ll Need:
Bench (or elevated surface, chair, box, etc)
Dumbbells (or cans of soup, backpack w/weights, etc)
Yoga Mat (or comfortable floor space)
