Thank you so much for your help - I just brought my new Soprano home (half way around the world in the Seattle area) and your explanation and camera work REALLY helped. Even when you have been been machine sewing for years this Baby lock is just enough different that I couldn't've done it w/o you . Thank you so much!
Thank you so much for the tutorials, you rock. I just purchased this baby and am excited to get going. As a visual learner your series of videos are a great help to me.
@@FaodailCreation ok. I noticed when I turn off the machine with the needle up, when I start the machine again as I put the needle down it makes a clunk sound. I wonder if that’s normal
Thank you so much for your tutorials - you are great! I am stuck right now because my needle threader level is stuck - any suggestions as to how I fix this problem
I would recommend taking it into the shop. You could get a service on it while it's at it. I wouldn't recommend trying to mend things like that yourself if it seems locked in place.

Thank you so much for your comment, and that you find them as enjoyable and helpful to watch as much as I love creating them every week.
To thread the needle is the presser foot up or down?
presser foot up
Can I use cone thread? If so, how do you set that up?
Yes you can, you can purchase an extra thread stand. I think I show that on the how to sew with holographic thread video
Hi Hallie, I just created this video for you so I hope it answers your question th-cam.com/video/B3zMRbe-0Ms/w-d-xo.html
does it matter in what position the presser foot and needle is in before we turn off the machine? i don't want to damage anything.
Make sure you're needle is up but if you notice when you start your machine up each time it does reset itself.

@@Fattiapples yes it's normal mine does the same noise

I would love this video if the background music was gone.
Ibsyopped adding background music to my videos. I used to think it added to my videos and it doesn't. Thank you for your comment
Needle threader lever is stuck
sorry I missed your comment, did you take it into your local babylock store to have it serviced and fixed?
Great tutorial, but the music is distracting and unnecessary.
Thanks this is a very old tutorial and I don't use music anymore.
Love your videos but the music is so distracting and unnecessary
Completely agree with you. I did away with music about 2 years ago now. So none of them ever have it any more.
