Same premix can be used to make thalipet ( dish from Maharashtra) , just add coriander powder and onion, ginger green chillies and corrinder leaves. Just mix all and make paste and on direct tawa or on sheet just make thick dosa and put on tawa and add oil/ ghee and roast two side
