Hi skin Cupid I suggest you say the side effects of the products aswell because I have bought the some by mi eye cream and by day two my undereys started to burn and are really red. I have no idea if my undereys are going to be sensitive forever after what happened. Please mention in your videos that it isn’t suitable for everyone!!
Did you continue using it? The same thing happened to me with BOJ eye cream. I kind of wanna keep using it and tolerate it but idk.
I suggest stopping using it. retinol can cause quite a mess of side effects if you overuse it.
now give your skin a break (stop using even cleanser and spf) and only use an ointment (or cicaplast)
after your skin recovers, reuse retinol but start slow (once or twice a week) and make sure not to mix it with other actives on the same application (aha bha pha vitamin c glutathione or niacinamide) and please make sure to always moisturize after retinol
also!! don't use retinol on damp skin
The beauty of Joseon ginseng + retinal (light pink bottle) should be used every other day if you haven't used retinoids before. And with sunscreen if used during the day.
Or you can use the Haruharu black rice eye cream for similar benefits without the hassle. But I'd still recommend using sunscreen, regardless of which products you're using.

Original castor oil treats redness from the effects of burns resulting from the use of bad under-eye creams
Castor oil treats dark circles
It treats redness and inflammation under the eyes. It is more than wonderful. It works and soothes the area under the eyes and makes it more fresh and beautiful.
But castor oil is not antiaging. Retinol is antiaging

Also dermatologist don't recommend castor oil because it can be comedogenic for some people.
@@BiancaC-ov8ko Honestly, this is from experience. Natural virgin castor oil is more than wonderful, and do not use too much of it
Just one drop, and spread it with your fingertips under and around the eye before going to sleep. Do not add too much of it so that it does not get inside your eye. Only put it before going to sleep.
Also, vitamin E capsules are anti-aging. You can open the capsule, take the oil inside it, and apply it under and around the eyes, and the results are wonderful as long as you continue.
For example, a drop of castor on a day and a day of vitamin E, or combine castor with vitamin E

@@BiancaC-ov8ko If you want to try retinol, mix it with a small drop of castor oil so you can be reassured and so that retinol does not cause any inflammation under the eyes.

Yes!
Late response but I’d ask a dermatologist (one you can see in person is better). In general this is a big no. Eyelids are very sensitive and it has a higher chance of getting into your eyes. You could get dry eye symptoms as well as irritation on your eyelid skin which will not be fun for you!

Hi! I heard from a dermatologist that for hyperpigmentation dark circles use vitamin c/niacinamide and for dark circles due to blood vessels use caffeine eye creams and retinols can also help (0.1%-1%)

Somebymi. Aside from the retinoids (anti aging), it contains niacinamide and transexamic acid which have brigthening properties that will help reduce hyperpigmentation.

that depends on the formulation, if it's an eye cream it's formulated intentionally not to break you skin barrier and irritate it. even though, start slow with retinol

You need a urea undereye cream, not retinol. Retinol is for anti aging

Hi! Yes you can use the BOJ retinal + ginseng eye serum during night even as a 17 year old because it only has 0.02% concentration so it's a good starting point for using retinol-prods. Face Wash > Eye Serum > Moisturizer. You're right, this is the recommended order of use. Please observe how your skin reacts, okay? Even though its mild, please do not blind side your skin by putting too many things and too much right away. 😊

Majority of eye creams tend to be quite lightweight as the skin is thinner there, so it would depend on your skin concern! Retinol eye creams are both great for anti-ageing and dark circles, and definitely the most powerful out there if you have no sensitivity to exfoliants!

you should avoid using retinol all together, only start using it in your 20's cause retinol actually does more harm than good if you use it in young skin.
