- It's a rare thing for Tony to want to sample alcohol whilst travelling in the camper, however, exceptions are made at the cider museum in Nava.

I completely agree with you, there was definitely something amiss with the bagpipes, they definitely fell out of tune when I attempted to play them.....although it could have been the cider consumption🍾😁.

Love these traditions and it's something we seem to have lost . It's great to link up with a local and be shown 'the ropes' which is why we love Spain . Hi there mate. Indeed, we couldn't agree more with you, our traditions are slowly being eroded away. Yes, the tour guide in the museum was amazing, no 'hard sell' on the cider, simply enthusiastic and a lot of pride for the area and its traditional way of making cider; an absolutely brilliant time....apart from the bagpipes lol. Great to hear that you enjoyed North Yorkshire, a beautiful area that we need to spend more time in.

I do agree that the bagpipes are not originally scottish, we just do it so much better 😉.although when Tony was playing the pipes I really thought I was back in the Glen's.
Just to let you know we also have a siesta here in Scotland, it starts on a Saturday morning after the pubs shut, and finishes Wednesday afternoon 😂😂😂.

As for the cider, we can confirm that it is wonderful, not as gassy/sparkly as we're use to, but still gorgeous, especially on hot sunny day👍😳🍺🍾.

Great video folks , i must say like Douglas said ..... i would never had thought the Spanish done Cider/cidre . Learn something every day. Yep, definitely a little bit of cider goes to waste when you pour it, however, the experts are very good at not wasting much, however, at €2 a bottle, it is a great price to pay whilst learning😁👍. You wouldn't catch me pouring a wee dram that way though🤣😉🥃.

Yep, cider is definitely not everyone's cuppa tea, however, the Asturias cider is very smooth and hasn't the bubbles of a typical UK cider, it's quite unique (thankfully as we're not usually cider drinkers). A fantastic museum although our bagpipe demonstration was a little shabby😂🤣.
