Indeed our friend, the coastline is very scenic, a spectacular region to visit; although sailing from Ireland across the Bay of Biscay....we'll leave that one for you and Remi lol. Yep, Llanes is a beautiful place, quite big but full of old buildings and small streets. Yes, the church was lovely to stumble upon and made for a great morning photo shoot. When you say turn west I do wonder if a 2.5mtr wide motorhome would navigate some of those narrow roads. Or is that just the dash cam angle ? Whoppee doppee doo 😂😂😂 Hope you dad makes the trip home safely Claire. I feel his pain 😢 The mirror shots of the church,, amazing. Could spent hrs walking around Llanes Lovely buildings, coffee shop AND a harbour Those of us that do cruising know full well how rough the Bay of Biscay can get. Great video and music over lay. Hi there Ken. Yep, sadly Ian just couldn't continue, he could hardly walk and getting in and out of the van was very difficult for him, better off at home with medical attention. Fantastic vlog both, Northern Spain has to be a photographer’s paradise. Inland and coast are both spectacular. I feel you may be there at the perfect time as I can’t see somewhere that beautiful, isn’t more popular in the Summertime. Never as bad as the Costa’s though I’d swap where you were in the Spring to England this summer, seems to have rained for weeks. Very depressing . Bring on the next one ❤❤🚐☔️☔️Al

Ah, indeed, so far Northern Spain has been a great experience and the photography element has been equally impressive, so many picturesque areas and points of interest, simply beautiful. Yep, this year, summer has been bad all over Europe. In the region where we live, our neighbour of 86 stated that he's never had or known of such bad weather.
