On a side note, in worldwide, hackers mostly have 100,000+ VR when the max amount of VR you can have is 99,999. Also, not all hackers use stars immediately after the match begins, and do nothing the whole match.
I encountered a hacker that uses the same cheat, he went for the people from 3rd to last place, then tried to throw bombs at me but since I was at the drift part in Neo Bowser City it was easy to get away and manage to somehow get 1st. That's basically MK7 worldwide right now and it's really sad I wish there could have been something done about it, but Nintendo focuses more on their latest console (for obvious reasons) and forgets the past sadly. I also dislike cheaters which is why I don't play online as much as I did.

I ran into one a couple days ago. It was spamming the Lucky Seven and Triple Red Shells everywhere. I ended up getting 5th place, but it was unfair. Made me wonder how the HECK he wasn't banned by Nintendo's moderators.
I remember one time I was racing online with a hacker who would spam items, but also had some kind of cheat that made it so he ALWAYS got last, no matter what. Bless that man for just wanting to create fun chaos on online play whilst maintaining his integrity. Honestly was one of the most fun times I had online in Mario Kart 7.
I did that in Wii! Didn't have a cheat to always make me last, I actually stayed last intentionally. Hacked VR to have 35000 (vs the max of 9999) so everyone got like 200+ VR at the end of the race. Cause chaos, be charitable, have fun with it :)
Fun fact, i was playing battle mode and a hacker joined, and my dumbass self decided to attack him with a red shell, the moment i hit him my 3ds restarted saying an error was ocurred
Just wait until you run into a hacker in Battle Mode, just like I did. They will spam a Blue Shell in a battle arena where there are no barriers or walls to protect the Blue Shell from going out of bounds, and crashing your game to take away VR points.
Literally yesterday I just met this whole gang of 5 people who were all hackers (two of them were lifeless with stars like you said, one of them seemed to be playing the game, one spamming items and one who apparently had 99 points and disappeared)It's hilarious but annoying as in games like splatoon and mario kart you'll lose points.Also hopefully you haven't seen a splatoon hacker (unless you have then you'll also have scars for life) (:

When that game came out and it had online, people literally BRICKED others towns, preventing them from playing it ever again! (The code was so fragile, it could easily be filled with custom seeds and such, like spamming Nookington's and other objects in great quantities, crashing the game). Normally people play AC online so they can trade for rare items, but there are those who are complete trolls.
They say "it makes the game fun," but it's actually really boring. Just now I played against a hacker who used the star on first place and obviously the blue shell had no effect. This isn't fun.
This (recently) just happened to me. I really laughed my butt off when the hacker was spamming Bob-ombs, shells, stars, and the bullet bill. This game just got patched last year. I wish they’d noticed this was happening back then and put an Anti-Cheat system to ban hackers from online races.

I play this game once a while just for nostalgia, but the reason why I don’t play it often is because of hackers and laggy lobbies that make hit detection bad when using a shell or star to hit someone. Plus it’s just filled with Japanese and Chinese sweats that play and sweat the game everyday and treat it like it’s their life lol. That was what I was experiencing today when I tried to play it, It was annoying asf man, but If u want I can always play a fair game with u. I don’t play the game as much as I used to back in 2014-15 so I’m rusty but I’m still pretty gd ig😂

I wish I could but my 2DS stopped reading Game Cards and my copy of Mario Kart 7 (Physical) got corrupted. I had all the characters too, which happened before it stopped reading said Game Cards

I never had this problem using Nintendo's servers but now in Pretendo's servers every 1 in 3 game will have a hacker in it (literally). Someone spammed bombs everywhere, another spammed bullets, and one even used some sort of speed boost hack so he'd go insanely fast but when he fell of the map he'd instantly (and i mean INSTANTLY) went back on in like 0.00002 seconds like that didn't just happen. It's soo bad that you can't even enjoy the game anymore unless you become a hacker as well but that's........ (do i gotta explain it) not fair to the players who want to play normally or don't know how to hack. If your gonna hack there are some exceptions just dont do it to ruin other's people day or to get an unfair advantage. (I know Pretendo isn't finished and all, but once it is can you guys take your hacking sessions to the friend lobbies and not the online ones plz....)
I did stumble across a cheater today by name Austin !!! He had 997 VR points and cheated for like 3 lobbies. He spammed tons of bombs, and tons of blue shells. So I'd say it's ruined by hackers yeah.
Today I was playing MK7 online on my 3DS. In one lobby playing rainbow road, right at the start of the race before the countdown, there was this person who spammed so much items at once it force closed my game and probably everyone else's. It was a bizarre experience.

i actually got something like this 2 days ago, i was so excited, I've been waiting for some Exploiter to beat in a mario kart 7 match, it wasn't as crazy as what the video was but he did get head starts (Like he would just randomly teleport in front when the race started), hes sometimes be last place even though he was in front (I think he did that so the person in second wouldn't get anything to sabotage him) and kept on throwing lines of green and Red shells at me or the other players whenever someone goes near or when the race started, i managed to get a star, knock him over and i DESTROYED Him and i won 1st and an other guy came 2nd but the hacker was 3rd, that is something i was proud off but i had feelings that the guy was *ANGRY* after though because he played one more match and left, the moron also tried to throw shells at me but failed. (He didn't just do it for fun i think he just did it to win and show off his hacks)
I stopped taking the game seriously a long time ago and honestly looked forward to these kinds of races. You lose very little VR in this game anyways, and in my prime I had gotten myself to 30k so I was big chillin in that department. The way I saw it, it became a low-stakes game of trying to sneak around the hacker and get hit as little as possible. Obviously if you just spammed lightning the entire race that’s lame, but most hackers would switch between gimmicks on a whim. My favorites were the ones who would just enable item rain, like the CTGP game mode but on official servers. It’s something I had wanted to try doing but I’m a coward and don’t know how anyways LOL
It seems to be 50/50 but then someone leaves and the next person that joins. Ruins it shorty after. I dont take the license and vr too seriously. So I take the chance to go on and find honest players
I like to think that I'm a decent player. My own skill granted me 4th to 3rd and even 2nd place in races. And that's with hackers going around. They just kept teleporting around, spamming fireballs or even protecting themselves from a red shell, with me receiving the shell impact. And that one was a clear shot. Probably they were very tame that day when I played. It was fun? Kind of Will I still be playing? Yes
I hack with dark flares ntr plugin, however I don't go online with it. I only hack single player grand prix. Can't see the fun in ruining it for others, whenever I go online I disable all hacks.
@@niallers8572 yeah love some custom tracks, tbh man the main reason I installed the plugin was because my old 3ds broke and I forgot my login credentials so I had to make a new account with a new 3ds and lost everything. I used dark flares plugin to unlock everything again and occasionally have fun with hacks in single player

Having look at your video briefly. You seem to be a novice player with low vr so you will get matched with beginners. The hackers don't tend to target them as much. Wait until your vr goes passed 15000 you will come across them a lot more often

I don't see hackers on races, but saw some on battles, some hackers had bad aiming becuz my internet was bad lol. They would sometimes crash a lobby within a few seconds when its time to go. And some would just stay still and put on star power.

I did stumble across a cheater today by name Austin !!! He had 997 VR points and cheated for like 3 lobbies. He spammed tons of bombs, and tons of blue shells. So I'd say it's ruined by hackers yeah.
Today I was playing MK7 online on my 3DS. In one lobby playing rainbow road, right at the start of the race before the countdown, there was this person who spammed so much items at once it force closed my game and probably everyone else's. It was a bizarre experience.
@masterc12_ damn, that never happened to me, the guy who cheated probably got kicked from the lobby entirely or something, cus he was using speed hacks and spamming many items and so on.
@@lxslasheyxl got to love cheaters. In order to cheat you would have to jailbreak your 3Ds and download custom stuff. People like this are dedicated to get banned quicker.

That’s true, any regular person can exploit Mk7 but the switch is some insane skill if you can hack there

i actually got something like this 2 days ago, i was so excited, I've been waiting for some Exploiter to beat in a mario kart 7 match, it wasn't as crazy as what the video was but he did get head starts (Like he would just randomly teleport in front when the race started), hes sometimes be last place even though he was in front (I think he did that so the person in second wouldn't get anything to sabotage him) and kept on throwing lines of green and Red shells at me or the other players whenever someone goes near or when the race started, i managed to get a star, knock him over and i DESTROYED Him and i won 1st and an other guy came 2nd but the hacker was 3rd, that is something i was proud off but i had feelings that the guy was *ANGRY* after though because he played one more match and left, the moron also tried to throw shells at me but failed. (He didn't just do it for fun i think he just did it to win and show off his hacks)

I stopped taking the game seriously a long time ago and honestly looked forward to these kinds of races. You lose very little VR in this game anyways, and in my prime I had gotten myself to 30k so I was big chillin in that department. The way I saw it, it became a low-stakes game of trying to sneak around the hacker and get hit as little as possible. Obviously if you just spammed lightning the entire race that’s lame, but most hackers would switch between gimmicks on a whim. My favorites were the ones who would just enable item rain, like the CTGP game mode but on official servers. It’s something I had wanted to try doing but I’m a coward and don’t know how anyways LOL
With the store shut down on the ds family. This is a everyday thing.

It seems to be 50/50 but then someone leaves and the next person that joins. Ruins it shorty after. I dont take the license and vr too seriously. So I take the chance to go on and find honest players
I like to think that I'm a decent player. My own skill granted me 4th to 3rd and even 2nd place in races. And that's with hackers going around. They just kept teleporting around, spamming fireballs or even protecting themselves from a red shell, with me receiving the shell impact. And that one was a clear shot. Probably they were very tame that day when I played.

I hack with dark flares ntr plugin, however I don't go online with it. I only hack single player grand prix. Can't see the fun in ruining it for others, whenever I go online I disable all hacks.
Same. I never use hacks for my advantage. Only good hack I use is being able to play custom tracks on mk7.

@@niallers8572 yeah love some custom tracks, tbh man the main reason I installed the plugin was because my old 3ds broke and I forgot my login credentials so I had to make a new account with a new 3ds and lost everything. I used dark flares plugin to unlock everything again and occasionally have fun with hacks in single player

Usually now days, it’s not even real people hacking. Somehow there are bots that look like Niki (but cursed) named something bot. They’re not real different from regular hackers though
I hack on mk7 online sometimes but I always let everyone win ahead of me lol.

Sometimes they just go right next to you with a tanooki tail and stay there to hit you non stop that happened with me.

Having look at your video briefly. You seem to be a novice player with low vr so you will get matched with beginners. The hackers don't tend to target them as much. Wait until your vr goes passed 15000 you will come across them a lot more often

I don't see hackers on races, but saw some on battles, some hackers had bad aiming becuz my internet was bad lol. They would sometimes crash a lobby within a few seconds when its time to go. And some would just stay still and put on star power.
If you play mk7 as much as I do you will come across them almost everyday without fail
