If you made a remaster of this mix keeping the general spirit and feel of this one intact with a few added pieces from the full version (like the other choruses) I'd be absolutely stoked. This game is getting its redemption arc and it isn't even out yet, I think SEGA realized that if they fuck this one up they might never profit off another Sonic game again. Had a rocky start but everything seems like it's coming up millhouse for Frontiers and for the first time since Mania I'm actually hyped up for a Sonic game. I genuinely can't wait for this after seeing more of the gameplay and as usual the music so far is phenomenal. Minus the fact that they swear in Vandalize, I have no issues with swearing, but it should be concrete that after Shadow it doesn't belong in a Sonic game.

We've heard this as an opening, then we got the final boss theme of this. I can't help but think of this version as an ending overture with the credits of the main director, producers, programmers, composers, etc. coming on screen as stills of Sonic and his friends on their adventure are shown.

Comparing this version to the final full one... I like the ending to this version better. As I feel like it does a better job balancing the mysterious vibe with the hard rock. But I do like how good the guitar sounds in some of those new parts of the song. Overall, this was such a good mix! Appreciate it.
