I enjoy that the characters in your RPs feel genuine whereas other asmrtists characters feel like an afterthought so they can do the same mouth sound vid for the fiftieth time.

Wow! Blown away by this. I'm still processing this actually. Now, I can enjoy a video by some cute youngster with a title something "You will fall asleep to this ASMR video within 20 minutes," but I usually don't. I love narrative and role play videos. I may fall sleep to the sounds of tapping on a plastic bottle or water swishing in a jar, but probably do so because I'm bored and it's really late. Said all that to say this: I was drawn into this video in two different ways. The first was as a passive observer watching you minister to the khan (your lord). The second was imagining that I was the khan and that you were speaking to me. "Don't give up on yourself," as you said at about 25:33.
if you're still wanting to do "you are" videos, you can always try doing a "you are here to help me" video, i think it'd give you some ideas on how to switch things up either asking for help or doing what you did on your mandela effect video and just asking for comments and being interactive. i don't know for sure, just thought it'd be a neat idea!
