What I Eat: A Week of Meals on a Carnivore Diet, Budget Friendly, 2 Meals A Day

It has been a while since I did a video like this, with beef prices on the rise, there's a lot less rib eyes in my diet than before. This is an up-to-date version of what I am currently eating to maintain my weight on a carnivore diet. I am eating 2 meals a day and looking for ways to feed a busy family (on a budget) without adding a bunch of carbs.
