I'm not Welsh but every time I say Kidwelly I say it in a Welsh accent 😂. I suppose its how its supposed to sound. 😄 Great little outing that one and what a reward finding your boot strap. Chance in a million.
@@stevesvids i didnt shut up about it the rest of the ride! 😆 i remember loosing it in the kidwelly lanes last year but chances of getting on the bike and it being right there by my toe! .was a good outing that sunday few giggles along the way .thankyou for watching 😊👌
@greenlaneduo I once had similar luck finding my lost helmet cam. I walked the 10 mile stretch in which it was lost searching and searching. Then as I approached a low branch I remembered clipping my helmet at that spot.... and there she was, off in the bushes. 😊 Did you have any spark plug issues on this one?
@@stevesvidsohhh god lucky to find that camera! Bit more pricey than a boot strap lol🤭 mine oiled a plug starting from cold at least we can fix and carry on with riding its just a bit of a pain.
@greenlaneduo I misinterpreted your plug issue. I thought it was failing... but its fouling. A different issue. The oil isn't getting burned off. Im no 2 stroke expert but those engines like to be ripped wide open. You guys don't ride in that style so I would imagine the cylinder is running cold. The air to petrol ratio will make the engine run hotter or cooler. Perhaps you need to find someone to help you set that up. Also the oil ratio you use can be adjusted if you are not ripping that engine as it needs less to maintain piston lubrication. This will make it run slightly hotter too. Edit: Just reading up on tpi 2 stroke. I guess yours is tpi so oil mix is added automatically. I read that your warm up cycle is critical and to refer to your owners manual. The writer said with his tpi he let the bike idle without revving for 5 minutes. This stops excess oil delivery until hot.
@@stevesvids i'll show this to richard tonight as i'm no guru on mechanics lol . They do oil the plugs even when running full temp and when revv'd up.mine went recently just revving from 3rd to 4th on tarmac trying to keep up with richard. I'll point out your comment later on and appreciate any ideas or advice.he's even talked of changing bikes and getting shot of the huskies.
Thanks. This was great 💜
