    I think this was a great voice actor.
    I inadvertantly used this concept recently by deciding to journal at my desk for a short time while my computer boots every workday. I don't know if journaling will be helpful or not, but at least I'm doing it!

      Glad you like the voice actor. I think he's the one we will be using moving forward. And good luck with the journaling...it takes awhile to get used to, but after awhile, it's a wonderful habit for getting what's in your head onto paper.

    Drinking water after meal is surest way to have a Gastrointestinal problem ( digestive problems), drink water after 1 / 1.5hrs after any food u consume
