- A test film featuring Cliff Richard And The Shadows which was recorded by Gerry Anderson and provided to the puppeteers to choreograph the band’s appearance in the 1966 feature film “Thunderbirds Are Go”. An absolute rarity, the film was found in the collection of a retired cameraman.

Yeah man! Brian Bennet was/is such a lovely player; a really talented musician/composer. A worship figure (along with Bobby Elliott) for all us young British rock 'n' roll drummers in the 60's...happy days!!

The Shadows were very lucky to pick up Brian Bennett after Tony Meehan (who was a hard act to follow) left. Of course Brian has been their mainstay on drums since late 1961 and he is really quite outstanding, has worked hard at his profession and is a very talented musician.
