No problem, thanks for leaving a comment. I am sure I'll still have the images from that day, I will gladly send you a copy if I still have it. Drop me an email if you wish, to planetgsa@virginmedia.com and I'll send you a copy by return email. 👍
I have not had a chance yet, I’ve just got it and it’s a rainy weekend I’m of to the Lake District in a few weeks so will hopefully be good weather to fly Yes it’s a Mavic Air 2 s and you should treat yourself lol
Yes Mrs Y is correct but i will be driving further up for a few days just to get some nice drone footage. I could not get a place further up as everything booked up or over priced.
Hello. Only just found your vids and really enjoying them,I've watched them all back to front and in no particular order but it doesn't matter. I got my first GS 1250 Tripple black a week ago and love it ,the roads you ride are all familiar to me as I come from Saddleworth and all up into Cumbria and North Yorkshire is my favourite area along with others. Anyway I'm banging on a bit but thanks for the entertaining vids
Hi, thanks for watching all my videos and of course for subscribing. 👍 The Triple Black is a nice bike, you made a great choice. One of my mates bought one at the end of May and he loves it. We have some great roads around here and getting to the Lakes etc is a doddle. Keep tuned to the channel, as long as people keep watching the videos, I'll keep making them! 😊
Good still photos - it’s fun to be able to combine a couple of hobbies like that. Squires looks like a great place to hang out - very different from the biker bars in the US. Always wanted to ride that Honda CBX. Let us know how your helicopter ride goes - retired helo pilot here - loved every minute of it.
Thanks for watching. I'm hoping to be permitted to film during the helicopter ride so fingers crossed for that. The plan is for me and my mate who is also into his bikes to ride to the airfield, go for a flight and then possibly get some photos of the chopper and bikes together, our own little Top Gun movie but without the budget! 😂
Steve I haven't done as of yet however I have been considering it. I did try to place my video on Squires FB page but they wouldn't let me even though all the proceeds from sales were going to the Air Ambulance. Have a look at this video th-cam.com/video/jUCbJJLch-Q/w-d-xo.html Squires wouldn't let me post this one either on their FB Page. Are you on any of the videos?
I always leave my GS in 1st gear when using the sidestand to stop it moving as rightly or wrongly I've got this feeling that 1 day I might return to it to find it lying down😱
@@701Adventures Don't I know it, but using the method the BMW offroad school use it's not too bad with the adrenaline running 🤣 The thing that started me off was watching some chap on TH-cam about 6 years ago doing a road test on one. He pulled up in a layby and git off to film it with the engine still running. It fell off it's sidestand and holed the cylinder head cover as it hit a stone and had to be recovered so I've been careful not to fall into the same trap.
Another winner Steve, I haven't been to Squires for a lot of years, so it was good to see it again
Glad you enjoyed it & of course many thanks for watching. Your riding buddy Hector is in the next video. 😊
@@701Adventures ha ha ha looking forward to that !
Just stumbled across your vid, and seen a pic of me riding (the GSA ) ! Thanks for that and great vids by the way 👍

@@journeyman1066 Are you sure you're going to the Lake District in a few weeks, Mrs Y says you are staying in Lancashire. 😊

Funnily enough I've recently been doing the exact same thing just for piece of mind. They're a heavy bike to pick up! 😁
