Your industrial videos are top notch and somewhat unique. Your installations are the kind of thing that your average shop guy never gets to see. Thanks letting us come along.
Great tour of large scale automated blast system. Your explanations of mechanical systems are so easy to follow & absorb. You have the heart of a teacher! Thanks Stan! Paul from S. Central Tx
There’s quite a lot of work that goes into that recovery system. The average person just doesn’t know that much about. Thanks for sharing I always enjoy watching videos of what you’re working on.
Very nifty Stan!! Is that an off-the-shelf unit, or something you've designed to suit their needs? And does it need air dryers or does the flow-through sort out moisture? Hope all is good on your side of the world. Stay safe and well :)
Break everything down and assemble it in your mind in small sections, fit quality effects time, so this is where past experience comes in. Pad your time+material for CV-19.
That belt on the bucket elevator reversed quite readily. Aren't you going to use a one way clutch on the drive shaft up top? Or are you going to install a self braking motor?

Very interesting system Stan. Thanks for sharing it with us.
Would love to see it in operation someday, especially the media cleaning curtain.
Thanks for the video. That was a blast Stan.
Nice looking set up, thanks Stan!
Very interested in this, thanks for posting. Please do another video showing it in operation.
Thanks for sharing Stan !
Impressive system Stan. I would have one in my dream shop.
Very interesting; would also be cool to see in operation-
I'm ready to catch the next episode of "The Grind." 😁
Pretty impressive setup Stan. Thanks the vid. Curious if this is in CA and what the customer processes.
Its being used as service equipment, trailer mounted plaster pumps and hoppers get nasty out on jobsites. This will be used to clean up for paint.
Impressive build 👍🏻
That is pretty dang complex. Since the sand is an abrasiveness are there lots of wearing parts of the system? Or is it pretty resilient?
Everything is overbuilt on these things, even the ductwork is 10 ga.
HI Stan, can you re-visit this and show us more details on the system? Very interesting.

In a humid climate, pre-heated air would have to be washed over the media as it tumbled (this would be an extreme case)
Nice build/review…curious how you price/bid the labor/equipment rental to install

I need to get one of those for the garage.
Very interesting. Very impressive metal finishing operation. Thqt building looks like it could vey warm in the summer time.

the gear reduction wasn't installed yet.
Stan, what type of blasting media is being used? Interesting video, thanks.
Garnet and alu ox.
Very interesting. Thanks for showing us.
Very cool that setup must cost a few shiny pennies lol
Almost big enough booth to paint a semi trailer!
Almost, 44 feet will do a short one.
Hiya Stan
